I was nervous going in since I’m usually very critical when it comes to beauty, but Jenny exceeded all my expectations. I asked for a change of look and she delivered exactly what I wanted. The color is absolutely perfect and blends so naturally with my face that it looks stunning. Her attention to detail and professionalism were truly impressive. The salon itself is highly professional, with a welcoming atmosphere and a team that clearly knows what they’re doing. From start to finish, I felt cared for and confident that I was in good hands. Purchased a Groupon for root touchup and cut. Jenny took the time to examined my hair and previous color with highlights which was a mess. She went over my options and listened to what I wanted. She did spent over 4 hours for my root touchup, did lowlights, redid all of my highlights to a much more subtle color, had my hair cut exactly as I asked. In addition, she touched up my eyebrows and blew my hair out. I did pay extra for the extra add-ons but they were priced at a very fair price. I finally found a hairdresser that I will use forever. THANK YOU JENNY!!!

Outstanding stylist: Outstanding results! Ever since I moved to Florida about 14 years ago, I have had my hair styled by about 3 other hair professionals. I truly believed they all did a great job until I was referred to Stylist Gabriella, about 5 months ago. Gabriella is more than an outstanding hair professional: she really knows advanced coloring, cutting and blow drying techniques, and she knows exactly which products are appropriate for each and every client. The result: stylist Gabriella transformed my coarse, dry, damaged and acceptably colored long hair into a hair that is complimented frequently! I could go on and on writing about how great her overall service is, but I believe that the proof is in the pudding, so I will post some pictures bellow. Do not hesitate to trust your hair to her, you will not be disappointed!

I rarely ever write reviews, but my experience here was so awful that even a month later, I feel like I need to warn others. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM. I wasn’t taken in until 3:10, and then I was left sitting in a room with no air conditioning for 40 minutes. When I finally complained, the staff admitted they had completely forgotten I was in there. To make things worse, the room smelled terrible, and I walked out feeling like the odor stuck to me. I was supposed to get eyelash extensions that should last at least a month — mine started falling off within a week. On top of that, while I was in the middle of my appointment, a homeless man wandered in off the street. Instead of closing the door or addressing the situation, the staff just continued as if nothing was wrong, which made everything even more uncomfortable and unprofessional. The whole experience was overpriced, unsanitary, and completely disappointing. My lashes didn’t last, the service was careless, and the environment felt unsafe. Save your time, money, and peace of mind — do not come here. ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! UPDATE!!!! Since MG responded to me:I want to address your response directly, because instead of taking accountability, you chose to deflect and accuse me of being mistaken. Let me be very clear: I did not get the location wrong. I would never confuse or forget such a negative experience. The appointment was not under my name but under my mother’s, because it was a prom gift. That is why you may not find my name in your records, but that doesn’t erase the fact that I was there and went through this experience. Regarding what I wrote about the man who walked in: he was almost unclothed and smelled strongly of weed. Even if I hadn’t assumed he was homeless, it was your own staff who repeatedly referred to him as "a homeless guy" and told me he "smelled high." I could not even open my eyes during the procedure, so I relied on what your staff told me. For you to twist my words and try to paint me as discriminatory is insulting, especially when it was your employees who made those comments in the first place. As for the wait: a "10-minute wait" is not the issue here. I called three hours before my appointment to explain that I had another commitment immediately afterward that could not be moved. I was specifically reassured that I would be done on time. Instead, I was left forgotten in a room with no air conditioning for 40 minutes. That is not a minor delay — it is negligence. And about the actual service: my eyelash extensions did not even last five days. Your explanation that they require biweekly touch-ups does not change the fact that they were falling out in less than a week. That is unacceptable for the price I paid and far below industry standards. The most outrageous part of this entire situation is your response. Rather than acknowledging the problems and taking feedback seriously, you chose to deny, deflect, and place blame on me. This is not just disappointing — it’s unprofessional and shows a complete lack of accountability. As a business owner, your first instinct should be to address customer concerns with respect, not to accuse them of lying or misidentifying your salon. I stand firmly by my original review. My experience was real, and it was unacceptable from start to finish.
