Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

This was my first ever massage experience and I had a wonderfully enjoyable session from walking in to an immediate calming atmosphere to booking my next appointment. I chose a massage by any of the female providers and had Brittany. She was exceptional, kind and overall just exuded good energy as a person. I signed up for the membership on the spot because it was that enjoyable. I don’t have anything negative to say. I was comfortable, it was clean and everyone was attentive to questions and making sure I had an enjoyable experience. Thank you Brittany!

I had an amazing massage with Shakira, and I can honestly say it was one of the best I’ve ever had. She was professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. She took the time to understand my needs and focused on the areas that needed the most care. Her touch was both relaxing and therapeutic, and I left feeling refreshed, relieved, and completely relaxed. Shakira truly has a gift, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional massage experience. I will definitely be booking with her again!

I had a very disappointing experience at Hand & Stone - 35728 Van Dyke. The receptionist was unprofessional and dismissive, with an "oh well" attitude when I tried to address an issue with my appointment. I booked in advance and even received a confirmation text, but when I arrived at 12:00 PM, I was informed that the automated system sends confirmations even when no appointment exists, which is unacceptable and confusing for customers. Between the poor communication and lack of accountability, I left very frustrated. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

I have been coming to this location for years. I usually see Shakira and Will. These two are great conscientious therapist who will work on areas of your concerns. The entire staff is great, receptionist included. Under new management, the new owners are very personable, warm and inviting! As a fellow licensed massage therapist, I can highly recommend going here.

I was gifted a massage and it turned out to be the best one I’ve ever had. Linda focused on my shoulders and calves, releasing so much built-up tension. I felt incredible afterward—relaxed and pain-free.

My husband and I had a couples massage today, and from the moment we walked in the door until we left the service was amazing. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. They were great with communicating with us. The atmosphere in the room was great and both of our massage therapists did an amazing. The only thing my husband and I both noted is that the water feature in the massage room was so loud it sounded like a washing machine, it did not ruin the experience for us though. We will definitely be back!
