Absolutely incredible what Rachel has done for this community. She has so much passion and kindness. You walk into this place and it’s zen. I’ve bought two gorgeous salt rock lamps. I did the halo therapy and the detox. I feel incredible after both of those combinations. She guided us into a meditation. She has great retail products. I highly recommend you to experience this place. Just stop by and check out the retail And book that appointment!!! We all deserve self care.

I had a fantastic experience when I visited Saint Pete Salt Room for a halotherapy treatment and foot detox. The space is beautiful and calming - the perfect spot to relax! Rachel, the owner, walked me through the treatments, as it was my first time trying both. It was so interesting to learn more about the science behind each treatment! The foot detox was fascinating and the halotherapy was just what I needed to unwind after a long day. I will definitely be back to do both treatments again!

I've been in this space when feeling ill - for networking events - and not only is Rachel the kindest and most welcoming human on the planet, the whole space is set up to make you feel safe, healthy, at home. I recommend everyone visit and continue for maintenance. Your health will thank you

Rachel, the Owner, walked us through what to expect and got us nice and comfortable for the treatment. From the second you walk in the door it is a warm, welcoming experience! I love this holistic space! Nothing like it in this area. I even send my patients here if they are struggling with any lingering respiratory issues. Rachel is very knowledgeable and explains the benefits of salt therapy so well. I highly recommend!

The Saint Pete Salt room is a whole experience! Once you walk in it feels so refreshing and calm. Getting started on the treatment was so smooth, this was my first time in a salt room and Rachel walked me through everything so I felt comfortable. The salt on the floor means the kids had plenty to do which helped the treatment time go so smoothly. We can’t wait to be back!

Rachel the owner is super down to earth, yet professional & very knowledgeable. The moment I walked in, I was transported to a more blissful state 🙏🏽😎 there’s something really special about this place, my whole family (including pregnant wife) are benefiting from it! Allergies are better, sleep is better, need I say more? They also have a large selection of salt lamps & replacement bulbs you can use at home. My current favorite is split between the ionic foot bath and the salt room. Thanks so much for all of your light!!💚keep shining and stay salty!
