Nordic Spa Klub

I learned how to do the Nordic cycle at this spa on my birthday last month. I really enjoyed the experience and had only planned on doing one plunge. After talking to the owner about the Nordic cycle, I started in the 55-degree water for 4 minutes and did a 15-minute sauna. Next, I did the 50-degree tub for 4 minutes and again did a 15-minute sauna. I graduated to the 45-degree one to experience that, and to my surprise, this was my favorite temperature. Also, the timer was set to 5 minutes, and I handled that without a problem. I ended up spending 2 hours just cycling and felt amazing afterward. I traveled to the East Coast for the holidays and enjoyed a similar experience in an outdoor setting (my brother joined me). I am going back to this spa today. The Nordic spa is my favorite of the two and is more cost-effective than the other place in Cocoa Beach. I highly recommend this spa and this contrast treatment.

10/10 spot for their cold plunge, red light, and sauna. Love that they have massage set up on some Fridays for their Hygge and Chill (great alternative for an healthy and intentional Friday night) and also their sound bowl sessions on some Sundays! Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved it here!! I went for hygge and chill last Friday. It is a great drop-in rate to experience different saunas, cold plunges, and red light. There were even complimentary 10 minute massages available, which was amazing. I absolutely will be back. The establishment is super clean and welcoming.

St Petersburg is a better place because Rick and Line have opened Nordic Spa Klub! I’ve been working with a nutritionist to reduce inflammation and improve metabolic flexibility. One of her suggestions was to consistently utilize infrared sauna and red light therapy, so I went in search of spa’s that provide this service and was fortunate enough to find Nordic Spa Klub. They offer a traditional Danish Spa experience = Traditional Sauna + Infrared Sauna + Red Light Therapy and 4 different cold plunge tubs ranging from 59 degrees down to 43 degrees. I was really hesitant about cold plunge but when Rick and Line explained the myriad of benefits from this and how it works together with Sauna (Contrast Therapy involves both Vasodilation and Vasoconstriction) and the results are simply amazing. I went from whimpering when getting in the ‘rookie tub’ to craving my cold plunge 2-3 times a week and moving to the next coldest tub and extending my time from 3 minutes to 4 in that tub. You will feel absolutely’ brand new after 2-3 circuits of Contrast Therapy (Sauna / Cold Plunge)! The place is so clean you can eat off the floor. The decor and music is exactly what you want when seeking to decompress and enjoy an stress-free spa setting for your ‘Me Time’! They also serve wonderful fresh brewed coffee and juices. If ‘wellness’ is a priority for you, I’d urge you to experience Nordic Spa Klub. You will not be disappointed!

Had an incredible experience at the Nordic Spa Klub! My brother and I went for a Father’s Day getaway and cycled through 3 sessions in the infrared sauna and then cold plunge. They had cold plunges at different temperatures depending on your comfort level. The atmosphere was perfect for the setting too. It was super clean and had some chill lofi jams on too. You have to try this place and even check out the memberships.

10/10. The atmosphere is so calming and serene - you truly feel stress melt away. Infrared saunas, cold plunge tubs at different temps, red light therapy panels and lounge areas that are encouraged to be used for cozying up with a book, playing a game with friends, working from "home", or enjoying a drink from their cafe. Definitely not your average sauna/cold plunge business. One of a kind experience - I would highly recommend checking this place out! 👏

This place is so peaceful, beautiful and perfect for anyone who needs a wholesome recovery day. Although it is an open concept, I did not find any discomfort. I would highly recommend stopping in!
