Plunsana

Plunsana is a wonderful respit for the soul. Red light therapy, breathework, hot sauna, wet sauna, outside and inside cold plunges. The staff is excellent. The owner Mike is a phenomenal space holder and breathework extraordinaire! Just a marvel for the body mind and soul!

I went for Ladie's Night which is $10 on Friday for access to the amenities. 10/10 experience. I got to try a vibration plate for the first time, which was great. There were multiple saunas and cold plunges available for use. Complimentary tea service and towels are also an awesome addition. I will definitely be coming back!

Start the year with Michael and Lulu was amazing. The activation retreat was so empowering and help us to feel grounded, grateful and confident in start this year with so much connection and understanding of ourselves. I will go back to Plunsana anytime that I am back in town, loved it . Thank you

The ambience and feng shui here is top tier. I love the indoor and outdoor ice baths and saunas as well as the red light therapy and guided meditation.

Just visited Plunsana for the first time and I loved it! I spent 20 mins in sauna and 20 min red light and walked out feeling physically and mentally recharged. Highly recommend checking this place out . Great customer service by Jaeden too ;).

Honestly one of the greatest experiences you could have. The ambiance is incredible, sound of water and music in the background. It feels refreshing the moment walking inside. Michael is amazing and a great guy. Couldn’t ask for better place!!

We had an awesome experience. We talked awhile with Michael and he gave us a lot of information about cold plunge benefits. He then helped me accomplish my first plunge, it felt amazing. We will definitely be back!
