Balance House | Sauna & Cold Plunge & Coffee

I absolutely loved my experience at Balance House Studio. I did the cold plunge, sauna, and red light therapy, and I left feeling so clear-headed and energized. The space itself is beautiful — super clean, calm, and really intentional in how it’s set up. You can tell they care about creating a good vibe. After my session, I stopped by the café next door and tried their adaptogenic mushroom matcha latte (highly recommend — it was amazing) and even ended up chatting with a few new friends. The whole experience just felt grounding and refreshing in the best way. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to whenever I need to find my balance 💫✨🪽🙏🏻

First time ever doing contrast therapy and red light recovery and it was AMAZING!! Anna and John were so informative and knowledgeable which made my first experience so memorable. Balance House has a luxurious feel with dimmed lighting, 3 personal showers, 3 different temp cold plunges and a beautiful sauna. I finished with an adaptogenic latte from their new café and I feel so refreshed. THANK YOU BALANCE HOUSE!!

Balance House is hands down one of the best contrast therapy spaces I’ve experienced. With three separate saunas, three separate cold plunge areas, and red light therapy, everything here is top-tier—but what truly sets this place apart is the experience. The staff is incredible—always welcoming, attentive, and more than accommodating. The space itself is thoughtfully designed with three showers, three bathrooms, lockers for your belongings, filtered water stations, and plenty of room to move comfortably without ever feeling crowded. And then there’s the coffee shop… an absolute bonus. Some of the best hot and cold drinks around—from excellent coffee to my personal favorite, the golden latte (turmeric, whey protein, and grass-fed milk). It’s the perfect way to finish a session. If you’re serious about recovery, nervous system regulation, and overall wellness, this place is a must. Contrast therapy done right

This place has an incredible cold plunge / sauna / red light therapy combination. Plenty of space for all with no prior appointment needed if you have a monthly membership. Memberships are worth every penny. Special shoutout to Amy who acclimated me to everything. I can't wait to go back!

This is the best sauna cold plunge studio in St Pete. It has an amazing tranquil atmosphere that enhances the relaxing experience. It is super clean and includes red light therapy and compression therapy for recovery. There are several guided classes to help beginners and encourage social interaction and breath work for the more advanced, an added benefit of the wellness of sauna cold plunge. It recently expanded to include a larger sauna and space for coffee, tea and wellness treats. The owners have poured their hearts, and their expertise in wellness, into this studio. I love this place and recommend it for anyone looking to improve recovery as well as improve mental and physical health.

We visited Balance House and Coffee on Black Friday. My wife and I used the showers, cold plunges, and the sauna, all of which were clean and well kept. John the host was welcoming and professional. Have a post plunge coffee, the team pulls a nice shot. I recommend getting a cortado. If you’re thinking about doing a cold plunge and/or sauna, Balance House is a great place to do it. Highly recommend.
