We had the BEST experience at Plunj! Joe, the owner, is seriously the nicest and coolest person. He made us feel so welcome right from the start. The facility is spotless, beautifully designed, and such a great vibe. My husband said it was his favorite date we’ve been on in a long time! Between the sauna, cold plunge, and the overall atmosphere, everything was amazing. You can tell they put so much care into creating a clean, relaxing, and fun space. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back.

The 2 of us were able to get a same day end-of-day reservation on a rainy day. Fortunately to have the studio private to us! It was candle-lit for the evening. Facilities and amenities are clean. It was my first contrast therapy, Joe took great care of us, very attentive services, bringing electrolyte water, herbal tea, etc. Such a great experience!

was pampered and feel incredible after spending time in the sauna, warm bucket shower and cold plunge. Went with great people and Parker was great bringing us electrolytes and tea. Will definitely do the Wim Hoff health spa again ❤️

I had the best massage experience and highly recommend asking for Nancy G. She truly pampered me from start to finish with a thorough scrub, an incredible massage, and a relaxing hot stone treatment. Every detail felt intentional and restorative. The spa itself was beautiful and serene. I could have easily stayed there all day. If you are looking for a place to fully unwind and feel taken care of, this is it.

I had an incredible experience at this ice plunge and sauna facility! The Scandinavian-inspired design creates a clean, modern environment that instantly puts you at ease. Everything is impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, which adds to the overall relaxation. The staff are attentive and on point, ready to assist while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. I loved the little touches, like the electrolyte water and warm tea, which made the experience even more special. The women’s locker room is absolutely amazing! I appreciated the thoughtful details, like the cozy robes and the limited number of guests allowed at once, which ensures a serene experience. Overall, the superb modern atmosphere combined with genuine hospitality made for a beautiful and rejuvenating day. I can't wait to return!

Incredibly clean facilities, Kari was so welcoming and helpful. We started our session with electrolytes and finished with a lovely tea. I feel incredible after my session.. cannot recommend enough.

PLUNJ is an awesome spot! I love going. The vibe is amazing and every member of staff makes customers feel welcome. There is a definite joyful and communal vibe that cannot be beat. They have a good variety of memberships to accommodate the needs of all guests. Another thing that stands out is their clean locker rooms where you can shower off when you finish. I feel grateful to have PLUNJ as a sanctuary to go to when I feel the need to relax and recharge.
