I had some unexpected time in St. George and an acquaintance recommended this Medi spa. I decided on a BBL treatment. Everyone there from the person at the desk (Mia), to the fabulous aesthetician (Heather), and the people handling my transaction ( Riley, and Bella) it was a lovely experience. They’re all very Personable and professional. I felt totally at ease with Heather. She really knew what she was doing and made pleasant conversation while she was doing it. Parking was easy. If I’m ever back in St. George again, I’ll be definitely coming back for another treatment. I’m definitely going to tell my friends in Vegas, don’t get stuff done in Nevada; Come up to St. George!
This place is seriously impressive. The spa is spotless, calm, and immediately puts you in a relaxing mood. Everything ran on time, and the treatments were done with real skill. The staff kept things short and to the point, which actually made the whole experience feel smooth and professional. The quality is top tier, the atmosphere is beautiful, and I left feeling completely renewed. I’d absolutely return.
One of the estheticians flaked on our appointment today; No apology was given...I go at 2 for my Dysport follow-up, which cost me $50 to get to, since I'm visually impaired & need to use Lyft...Then, I'm told I need to pay an extra $70 on top of the hundreds I've already paid for my initial injection 2 weeks ago. I've never had to pay for a follow-up injectables appointment within the initial 2 weeks, but whatever, if that's their policy. I thought it was irresponsible & rude to cancel my esthetician appointment at the last minute, especially right before Thanksgiving; I was looking forward to possibly getting a service done today. I texted the staff a while ago about whether or not I can take kava or get my hair dyed...with no response. Would I go back? Definitely not, especially not after receiving a text about being enrolled in a raffle for giving a good review; Sorry, but that seems dishonest, so no, I will not be coming back OR giving you a good review. Is the Dysport good? Well, I bruised and it still looks a little bit like a 'shiner' on my left eye after 2 weeks...Does my forehead look smoother? Yeah, definitely. My eyebrows are pointed upwards, which is strange...I'm not sure if I like that...maybe not? Is the staff friendly? Yeah, but to flake on an appointment & not even call to apologize, especially the day before Thanksgiving, is lame & it's bad business; It didn't seem like the other staff members cared much about the inconvenience. I will go elsewhere for my beauty appointments because if a staff member doesn't even have enough respect for her clients to keep her appointments or apologize for not, it's not worth it for me...If I had cancelled, I probably would have been charged $150, but I guess it doesn't work the other way, since I'm just a client & not a professional? ANYWAY. Btw, please do not ever write a positive review for a business so that you get free stuff or are enrolled to a raffle w/ prizes...It's dishonest. ----UPDATE: It's been a full 24 hours with no response about whether or not I could dye my hair or take kava; I also expressed my dissatisfaction with their last-minute cancellation via text, so to still not hear back is awful. Please read the reviews on Yelp before scheduling w/ St. George Med Spa because there are some other 1-star reviews worth checking out; I wish I had read them before making an appointment.
I had such a great experience at St. George Med Spa! I’m new to the area, and I’m so happy that I found a great local spot. All of the ladies are so friendly and helpful. My aesthetician Heather was amazing — super knowledgeable, accommodating, and really took the time to answer all my questions. She made me feel comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend visiting St. George Med Spa, if you’re thinking about treating yourself!
I’ve gotten two biorepeels here so far and am excited for the way my skin is improving. My esthetician is so nice and the overall experience has been pleasant. I got the membership so making skincare a priority!
I got lip filler at St. George Med Spa and staff were all extremely kind. Cassie works quickly and took the time to understand what I wanted and explained the process thoroughly. Will definitely be coming back here for all my fillers!
Initial consultation was very informative. Help me get a grasp of my options and think about the pros and cons of each one. They are very patient and understanding and educational. I look forward to working with them in the future.
