Hot Tub & Sauna Shop

A special thanks to Nick, Blake and others for helping me deciding which model to get and patiently let me test and retest the showroom models. I was updated promptly on order/build/delivery status. After delivery they were prompt with questions and support. I hope to continue a good relationship for many years to come and I’ll be sure to brag about where I got my jacuzzi 😎👍🏼

Generally, I never leave reviews. This time, however, I felt compelled to leave a review for Hot Tub Sauna Shop. My first experience was with Blake Mitchell. He is truly a knowledgeable sales technician. He knew the product inside and out which was comforting and motivating for me. From the very beginning, my experience was excellent. The product was represented perfectly. I’m very happy with my Caldera spa and with the assistance From the beginning with design and installation. This is a first class outfit, and I believe your experience will be as good as mine. Also, kudos to NICK, who has been part of my Service team and maintenance of my Caldera Spa.. Great people. Great outcome.

Couldn’t be happier with my Hot Springs Hot Tub. Friendly, helpful sales people. Delivery was great, installer very informative and thorough in his instructions and how to operate and maintain it. It feels great to sit back and relax while I get a great back massage. I highly recommend this dealer, sales people and installer.

"I had an amazing experience with the Hot Tub & Sauna Shop! Their customer service and their salesman Joe Kubota was top-notch—super friendly and attentive from start to finish. They made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We absolutely love our new Caldera Niagara spa and couldn’t be happier with the quality and the experience. Highly recommend them!"

Blake is super knowledgeable at what he does- and he will definitely be the one I go see when I'm ready to get my hot tub! He explains step by step and in detail which I truly appreciate! Super nice guy! The showroom is very clean, and all of the staff are super friendly! Thanks Blake! Looking forward to doing business soon!

Our family began shopping for swim spas in STG. With many fine spa stores available, we pleasantly arrived at the Hot Tub and Sauna Shop. We were greeted by Mr. Joe Kubota. We struck a friendly conversation and shortly thereafter, began a no pressure discussion of all things swim spa related. It was immediately clear, Joe was indeed, knowledgeable of all the products and passionate about providing sincere service. It was refreshing NOT to hear, "We'll have to get back to on that question", as he was thoroughly prepared with understanding model specific swim spa features, how it's built internally, the pipeline availability of spare parts in the future, warranty promise, timelines, site preparation, and the delivery/install process. Additionally, he addressed energy efficiency questions and accessory options amongst many others. While the above discusses Joe's performance, there were a couple of times there after where we did reach out to the Hot Tub and Sauna shop with additional quick inquiries. The team was prompt and very helpful, and left no doubt that the Hot Tub and Sauna Shop held a high standard to service and capability. After visiting many fine spa shops in STG, The Hot tub and Sauna Shop stood above as the top tier store exemplifying sincere, prompt, and knowledgeable service.

My experience with The Hot Tub and Sauna Shop have been unmatched, with Blake and the other employees going above and beyond to help us in all phases of the purchase and set up of the hot tub. From their education of our options prior to purchase to their set up, assistance, and personal tips following the purchase, they have been top notch in all circumstances. We are so pleased with our purchase and will do so again in the future as our needs arise.
