ERTH Wellness and Spa Cold Plunge, Sauna, Red Light and Stem Cell

The spa is clean and beautiful, the staff is great, the sauna is HOT, and the cold plunge is FREEZING! Just how I like it. I’d give it five stars if I could. However, I’ve had my experience ruined numerous times due to other visitors. There are a few crowds of younger guys who treat the sauna like a high school locker room. They talk extremely loudly with each other, laughing and shouting across the sauna, saying rude things, gossiping and talking crap about people, and being all around obnoxious. I’ve even heard them making fun of other people’s bodies after they leave the sauna (disgusting and unacceptable behavior). It honestly ruins everybody else’s experience. People pay good money and come here to relax and feel rejuvenated in a peaceful environment. Not painfully listen to dudes broing out like nobody else is there. The reason I am faulting the spa for this behavior? They’re allowing it. I’ve complained at least twice to staff about the situation. When I did, I was informed that multiple other people have complained about these guys before. And that people have decided to just get up and leave, wasting their session, because it was such an unpleasant experience for them. My sister and friend have had similar experiences. It’s ultimately the responsibility of the establishment to set and enforce the tone/etiquette. They could easily put up clear signs reminding people to speak in hushed voices and be considerate of others. But despite many people expressing their unhappiness with the situation… Nothing has been done. That’s not a cool way to treat loyal customers in my book. So, my hope is that by posting this, management will actually pay attention and do something to resolve the problem. I love this place, and would like to be able to keep coming!

The facility is very clean and the staff is somewhat attentive to it. Unfortunately I was visiting from out of town with friends and I called, left a message and waited for a response. I called again a few days later and booked a package for my friends and I. Upon arrival you walk around what must be the owners Tesla parked out front, then correct the staff on pricing, and complete a very disjointed tour of the facility. The rooms do not flow and we didn't feel comfortable walking around in swim suits so close to the front of the business so we skipped the PEMF mats. While completing the other 3 rotations it felt more and more like a highschool hallway. Literally when we left we had to scoot by the office, employees and 5-6 other young patrons blocking the aisle. Professionalism zero, decent facility.

This is my favorite place! I’ve been a member for over a year now. Coming here is how I treat myself. The staff is AMAZING! They are always so friendly and constantly keeping it in tip-top shape. I love coming here to relax in the sauna, cold plunging, red lighting and using the PEMF mats to help in my exercise recovery. Nowhere else in St. George has all these amenities in one place to enjoy. Booking is quick and easy. It is so enjoyable each and every time I come. Come here, you’ll be so glad you did!

I really love coming here, but I find recently that it's busier than it used to be a couple of months ago which does hinder the experience as some groups can be quite loud. A couple months ago the sauna had people but you were still able to find a place comfortably and be able to relax, recently it's been so full it's hard to find a place to sit! Maybe it's the time I've been going, but I have noticed that it is becoming a victim of its own success with how busy it is. It is quite expensive for a session so you really want to be able to get your money's worth and be able to relax when you come here!

Erth has been a life changer for me, the combination of the hot sauna and cold plunge transforms my body and mind giving my body some time to recover and heal, and gives my mental health a big boost. My biggest reason to come is my immune system boost. I have not had the flu or even a cold for years now! This place is very clean and the owners and staff welcome you with a smile and great attitudes, along with knowledgeable advice and tips to ensure your visit is a productive one. Erth is truly a great place to unwind, visit with friends, and for a lot of patrons a great date night.

SO AMAZING!! The employees were my favorite part. They were SO kind and willing to help with anything! I’m obsessed with the halloween decor and with the way I felt walking out of there! 1000% worth it! Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family!!

My friends and I decided to start the new year out ar ERTH spa. I was a little nervous about the cold plunge. Curtis gave me an amazing pep talk. He explained everything in great detail. I had an amazing experience and left feeling great . I will definitely be back.
