Be aware of their cancellation policy. I made an appointment for my birthday day of and plans changed to hang out with family. They charged me full price for not being able to make it

I had a prenatal massage appointment. The experience was okay overall, but I left feeling disappointed. I arrived early as requested to fill out paperwork, but instead of letting me complete it myself, the receptionist rushed through the questions and skipped over the details of where I wanted focus or the type of pressure I preferred. I was hoping for a relaxing massage, but it turned out to be more of a deep tissue. I did mention to the therapist that my hips were hurting, but he only spent maybe two minutes on that area. I didn’t speak up during the massage, so that’s on me, but I ended up very sore afterward. The appointment was also scheduled for 7:00, but I didn’t get into the room until about 7:15, and the massage didn’t start until after 7:20. It ended right at 8:00, so it felt shorter and rushed. If an appointment starts late, I feel there should be an apology and the option to extend the session to make up for the lost time. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it didn’t feel as relaxing or as attentive as I had hoped.

Went here because my brother got me a gift card for here, the massage I got was nice but that's not the reason for the 1 star. After the massage they automatically started trying to put me on their monthly schedule, I said no I don't have money for that (I'm a stay at home mom with no income I rely on my family) the woman working the desk talked me into their membership because the first month was free. She said because I lived more than 30 miles from the location that I could cancel any time and still use any massages I had left over within 60 days of cancelling. I figured I had a little bit saved up and I'd use that for the month after my free one then cancel (because they said I COULD). They called me over the weekend because my card declined (my fault forgot to try and cancel it before they charged me a second time) and said I could talk to a manager or assistant manager about cancelling after Labor Day. Assistant manager called me today and basically said I couldn't cancel at all because I hadn't finished the full 12 months of the contract I made with them. Tried explaining to her that I live more than 30 miles away so I was told I could cancel anytime and she said that it only counts if I MOVE more than 30 miles away after I've signed up. Tried explaining that that was NOT what I was told and that I have no income, there was not going to be any money to fulfill this year long contract. I told her I never would've signed up if I knew I couldn't cancel, the ONLY reason I signed up was because I was under the impression that I could cancel anytime. Eventually she said she could just terminate my contract but couldn't refund the $184 total that has been taken from my account now and I can't use any of the massages I had saved. But I'm sure this company that raked in $4.9 billion last year needs it more than a mom living off food stamps

Makayla was great! I asked for a relaxing massage and she gave the perfect amount of pressure. I would definitely come back to see her again.

Zoey is an amazing massage therapist. She listened to what I needed and did a great job implementing what I told her. She was very thoughtful throughout the massage and kept checking with me to see if the pressure was correct. I would definitely recommend her!

Massage was subpar. Maybe I just got the weakest link here. Worst part of the whole experience was the aggressive selling of their monthly subscription. Wouldn’t return for either the quality and to avoid being pressured to buy their services.
