Hank's Hauser Sauna's

Beware of this company! Basically a bait and switch. Paid 10k for a sauna that was a piece of backyard made junk. The exterior started warping within 30 days. Also no floor. They set it up on a concrete pad we had. They said that's how it is. Snow blew in, bugs, spiders, etc made themselves at home. Went to Hank Hauser with our complaint. Got the run around. Then the controller on the outside went out. They did replace it. Only to find out it shouldn't be exposed to weather. It was ruined being exposed. We finally gave up. The building is trash and we've since broke it down and burnt it. We have a heating unit with no controller that has no more than 20 hours on it. A complete waste of $10,000.
