PLUNJ Salt Lake

I got to visit PLUNJ for the first time with my friend who promotes businesses. It was a relaxing experience to get to be in this setting. There is a bucket shower that you pull to rinse off before the cold plunge and after the sauna and vice versa, which was unique. The steam in the sauna was refreshed with various aromatic scents, which I enjoyed greatly. The cold plunge was COLD but it was easier to get used to the more time you go between the sauna and cold plunge. I enjoy the complementary drinks such as tea, water, and electrolyte blend. It was Valentine's Day so they added raspberries and edible glitter to be festive which was the cutest thing ever. Definitely will be back on a day pass when Im in the area!

Awesome spot to come hang out and decompress, anytime of day! Phenomenal experience for someone like me who has been doing contrast therapy for several years. For those who have never tried , do it . The benefits of how you feel after you walk out of this place are phenomenal! This facility is top notch. Clean, chill ambiance, high level sauna and cold plunge and awesome staff! The sauna fits a large group of I would say 10-12 people and the cold plunge about 5 so the rotation is PERFECT. Hot tea available if you need something to warm your body up after the cold plunge. Love this place!!

PLUNJ is Great! Had a very relaxing and beneficial experience/session. The sauna is nice and hot and the essentials oils make the experience very relaxing. Ronnie was great, very informative and helped us with all our needs. Will definitely come back!!

My experience at Plunj SLC was so relaxing. The space is super clean and everything is really beautiful. The sauna is a great size so you never feel cramped or uncomfortable and the cold plunge was the perfect contrast after the sauna. They also have a really good variety of complimentary teas that make it even easier to unwind. And the staff is seriously the nicest. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful reset. I’d definitely go back!

Wow! What a beautiful facility and experience! Unexpectedly super affordable. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Great attention to detail…from the essential oil in the sauna to the complimentary electrolyte refreshments. And most importantly, everything was so clean and fresh! The plunj pool water with so clean you’d think you were in a natural crystal pool in the mountains. They have the ph and sanitizers in the water dialed—no smell or skin tightness. And I basically had the place to myself! Go treat yourself.

Incredible experience at PLUNJ! We came for the first time to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had an absolute blast. From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Michael walked us through the entire spa experience and truly went above and beyond. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt comfortable—especially those of us who were brand new to sauna and cold plunge. He was an amazing host and set the tone for a fantastic visit. We had a fabulous time and can’t recommend PLUNJ enough, especially if you’ve never done a sauna and cold plunge before. Such a fun, refreshing, and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Nice Scandinavian vibe. Hot Finnish style stream sauna with regular douses of essential oil infused water, 51 degree communal cold dip - first time I have done group dipping (other than lakes) and enjoyed the bonding and breathing and support we offered one another. Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend! Feel amazing!
