The best gift I’ve ever received! A membership at Beem has quickly become the most necessary and beloved addition to my winter routine to help me get through the long cold dark months. Deeply nourishing, to both body and soul. They take great care in how they run and manage it too, with extremely kind staff, cleanliness, and above and beyond details like the cool mint towel, slippers, and complimentary shower available. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here so far this winter.

I began visiting Beem in May 2025 and quickly decided to begin a membership. It has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and well being. Not only are the benefits of red light & sauna undeniable, but the staff and atmosphere at beem are superb!

I’ve had a membership for 3 months and it’s absolutely worth the money. Coming here and using the sauna regularly has done wonders for my seasonal depression. The staff & environment are very welcoming, and it’s always clean. I love Beem, it’s truly my happy place!

I tried Beem this summer after my friend raved about the place. Typically, this is not something I would bother with but after reading up on red light therapy, and then specifically about the equipment at Beem, I decided to give them a try. My first impression was that the people who work there are kind and there to make this a great place to be at. I also noticed that there was zero sales pressure about anything. The experience of having a red light treatment is quick and relaxing. Now for the results. I didn't notice anything right away, but after about 6 weeks of treatments 2 - 3 times a week I started noticing improvements, I've taken some breaks here and there, but am now back at it, here's where I'm at now: all of my skin is regaining better tone and texture, this is noticeable; I had a red rash (granuloma annulara) for 5 years now that has been untreatable, it's gone; in the winter, I do start feeling a little down, this season, I feel happier, more motivated, and energetic; and lastly, I'm not sore after working out, even if I workout hard. If you are looking for ways to not only get through this winter, but to improve your mental and physical health, I highly, highly recommend the Knapps Crossing Beem location.

I have an unlimited membership at Beem @ Knapp’s Crossing. What a beautiful place. It is so clean and so relaxing. I look forward to it every day I go. The staff and owners are so welcoming as well. Just an all around fantastic experience. Highly recommend!
