Sunshine Day Spa (Wheaton)

I’ll be honest — when we first pulled up to Sunshine Day Spa, the outside of the storefront looked a little sketchy and almost like it was under construction. We were unsure at first and didn’t know what to expect. But once we went inside, everything completely changed. The massage my friend and I received was absolutely amazing. The therapists were professional, attentive, and really listened to what we needed. The pressure was perfect, and you could tell they were experienced. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and tension-free — exactly what you want from a massage. Sometimes you really can’t judge a place by its exterior. While the storefront could use some updating, the actual service was top-tier and worth it. If you’re focused on quality massage over aesthetics, this place delivers.

My boyfriend and I got a couples massage at Sunshine Day Spa. Emily added 5 years to my life!! My boyfriend really enjoyed his massage by Amy too. It was very relaxing and rejuvenating. Thank you both for such great service ^.^

Ah this place was so relaxing! We got a couples massage with oil and hot stones. Definitely will be back. They were extremely accommodating since we had to reschedule and then that had a very lovely set up and music playing as soon as we arrived. The pressure was amazing and I was asked if everything was okay for me, which I appreciated. Overall very relaxing and one of the best massages we’ve had!

We purchased a deep tissue couples massage on Groupon but the massage experience itself wasn’t deep tissue. There was a lot of noise disturbance since the walls of couples massage room don’t meet the ceiling, so you can clearly hear everything going on outside of the room. We still tipped at the end of the service, however the staff member asked for more which was truly uncomfortable and bold of them. That alone took away the feeling of being relaxed at the end of the experience. Seems like they’ve had this issue before but clearly haven’t worked on addressing it with staff.

My boyfriend and I had a couples massage for Valentine's Day. It was a great experience! Both felt very relaxed during and even after the massage. Making the appointment and parking were both easy.

I came across this place on groupon, and glad i did! I called to get scheduled and they matched the groupon price. I was a little worried with the reviews mainly the person who said they took her credit card, so i went inside w the bare minimum needed to pay and tip. They were running 10 mins late but let me know, brought me to a room and told me wait 5 mins before getting undressed. The massage by chao was amazing! Even though it was 55 mins all in, i had the discounted price so i wasnt too concerned and i got a great oil/hot stone massage. I would certainly be back. I saw some membership sign but i was too relaxed to read and see what it said maybe $50 each or $50 off. People have complained about the barber shop, i went on a sunday night and all i heard was the tranquil music from the spa. There was plenty of parking. Oh and per another review that said it was too soft, this one had great pressure and chao kept asking if i wanted more pressure but i was in heaven

The massage was good but the staff member demanded a tip after I had paid. It ruined the experience. I would have gone back but now I won’t.
