Spa Mesu

Just had my second haircut by Mesu and I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend! She fixed my homemade cut and I feel like a new person. The salon definitely has a spa like feel to it as well. I especially enjoyed the hot tea.

I had a great experience at Spa Mesu today, which included a wonderful haircut from Mesu herself and some lovely conversation. I’m from the west coast and I don’t recall ever getting a dry men’s haircut where the stylist opted to wash my hair after finishing the cut. Mesu explained to me that this technique allows her to better see how the hair flows and helps her sculpt it easier, which makes perfect sense. I feel like this creative approach is missing in a lot of salons I’ve been to in the past, and the result was one of the better haircuts I’ve had in recent years.

After calling and walking through my hair needs: hair trim, wash, deep conditioner, new baby hair loss, 4b-4c hair, I was denied service when I arrived at my service. I was told my hair would take longer than 30 mins and she had a client after me. She asked to touch my hair and then said she couldn't do. If you support hair discrimination then Idk what to say. I think a true stylist can work with all textures and wouldn't turn down a new customer with little regard to their time.

Mesu is excellent not only at styling your hair but giving helpful advice on making the style last longer. Spa Mesu is a very clean, beautiful place and you are seen at your appointment time, definitely not a long wait. I've never left disappointed. Always receive compliments from others on my hair.

Mesus has been my hairstylist for over 20 years, even back when she was working from home. I've always had a great experience with highlights, treatments, haircuts—she does it all! The staff is wonderful, the space is clean and professional, and above all, the consistency in quality is unmatched. Thank you, Spa Messu!!!

I am very happy with both the work my stylist does on my hair and the customer service I receive from Consuelo. When I raised a concerned about something from a previous visit, Consuelo used the feedback to adjust her service to make sure I was completely satisfied at my visit this past Friday. Her efforts were sincere and the result was even better.

I’ve known Mesu for many years and I can attest to her skills and excellent customer service. When I was very little my mom was a regular at Mesu Spa she would get full color, highlights and sometimes she’d would change her whole look with a cut. Each time Mesu delivered! My mom’s hair always looked good and kept she always kept the health and integrity of her hair. The quality of Mesu’s service and skill is truly different than the average salon. I wanted to get color/highlights for the very first time and I knew I could trust Mesu to do the job. She kept that day booked for me since it would be a long appointment, she worked carefully explaining the process l and gave me helpful information on the health of my hair. She offered me tea and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. She was so open to collaborating with me with exact color and tone I wanted for my hair. I ask a lot of questions so I appreciated that. After, the service she followed up with over the phone to make sure I was still happy with the color. I really appreciated that and it showed such great level of her professionalism. Thank you Mesu for my new look!!!
