Great experience, good atmosphere, very clean. I didnt get her name but the lady who did my massage was great, very friendly, thorough and attentive. Overall great massage.

I called to schedule a massage, but the experience was very disappointing. The staff was extremely rude and hung up on me twice. I was simply asking for pricing and availability for another day, but before I could finish speaking, she kept repeating "no openings" and then abruptly ended the call. To make matters worse, your website states that you’re open until 11 PM, and I called at 7:30 PM—well within your posted business hours. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business.

Karsa spa is an amazing place! I just walk in without an appointment and was taken right in. Newly renovated clean massage rooms and professional staff. The experience was relaxing and tranquil. Also, there is a private space for a shower if you need to clean up. Thank you Karsa Spa for all your had work in making such a special place to unwind. You should give them a try. I know you won’t be disappointed.

0-10 don’t recommend. Very soft massage even told to press harder and stayed the same. Tried to force me to tip even though she did very bad. Tried to cut the massage short by 10 min. Did the same movements over and over like a broken record 8 times to be exact.

terrible place, over priced and she doesnt know what she's doing, dont waste your money

Never been to spa before decided to go I seen sophia very nice and sweet gives a great massage definitely recommend and will definitely be going back
