The Windy Spa

It was a great experience for me here at the Windys spa.I took the Deep tissue massage so was charged 10$ more than the regular massage but it was worth it as I had some neck pain from sleeping funny on the hotel pillows I think.Wendy was my Massaue and she was great at her job.Took the 1 hr session and Wendy started with neck and back area and spent a lot of time there,then moved on to hands and legs .It was dry massage in the beginning and she went for oil at the end stages. Hot stones felt so good on the relaxed body and warm towel to clean off the oil was a good touch .Liked it so much that brought in my husband the next day for the same and Wendy was very respectful and considerate with him.

I wish that I could leave a 0 star review. I called an made an appointment at this spa the day before I needed the services. The lady on the phone told me that they had availability all day for the next day and took my appointment time down. Once I made it to my appointment the next day for a couples massage the lady at the front desk stared at us with her mouth open like we were aliens and as if she was wondering why we had the nerve to walk into their establishment!!!!!!! When I told her my name and that I had an appointment she just left and walked into the back without saying a word to me!!! She came back and I asked her if I needed to sign paperwork and she avoided the question said told us to down rudely. Then the "manager" came in and was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and basically told us that we were LYING about the appointment and that they were closed yesterday. I then showed her the two calls I made on yesterday and how they were answered both times. She still denied everything and kept going on about how they were closed. And she KEPT TALKING OVER US. Then she said "the boss from a hospital bed" answered the phone. She then had another customer come in for an appointment who was of another race that she happily greeted. She wouldn’t let us get a word in and kept talking over us. She then offered to give us only 30 min massages but at separate times. We asked for a discount for the inconvenience and she refused. Moral of the story DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RACIST PLACE. She also ran out the door SCREAMING AND YELLING AT US.

Wonderful experience! The spa was clean and relaxing! Windy listened to me explain what areas were bothering me and she really focused on those areas.

Windy was incredible! She was able to fit me in and alleviate tension with ease. She incorporated walking on the back for added relief. I was also pleased she took her time to help me relax to get the full benefit of her massage technique. I will definitely be back!

Windy was great!! She knew all the right places and it was sooo relaxing! It was also a good tension releaser.

Had a great experience at Windy’s! We went in for a couples massage and both of us left feeling completely relaxed and recharged. The massage therapists were professional and attentive, and the overall service was excellent. The only thing I would suggest is that the ambience of the room could be improved a bit to enhance the overall experience. Still, I highly recommend this place for a quality and rejuvenating massage.

THIS PLACE IS TOTALLY AWESOME .. SOOOO COZY.. CLEAN... VERY HOMIE... I FELT LIKE I WAS ON ANOTHER PLANET... WENDY IS VERY NICE ... ILL NEVER GOTO ANOTHER PLACE FOR A MASSAGE EVER!!!
