I’ve been here several times. Great place to reconnect. I get many many massages and I had Meng for the first time and she is amazing. Hands down the best massage I’ve had in a long time. Apple is amazing too. So relaxed. The front desk lady was so friendly.

Great experience! And fabulous job to our masseuses, Joe and Cassandra. First thing we noticed was that this place was located beneath the Old Rainier Brewery which h we’ve driven passed for years. Parking spots were extremely compact and small. When we arrived, they had informed us that we were going to be upgraded to the Art Studio! They were about 20 min late to start but we were assured we would get our full time. We were given a brief introduction to the room and our masseuses. Only critique is we paid for a 90 (80min) massage but felt a little shorter, like 60-70 min. However, they gave us lots of extra time in the suite afterwards, so much so we thought maybe we didn’t hear the 10 min bell letting you know time is almost up. Overall, with the massage and suite time, we were in the suite for 3 hours! The massage tables were heated and comfortable. Sauna was warm but didn’t really get hot enough for us to sweat. Jetted tub was awesome. Overall, we had an amazing time and loved it here. Hard to find another place that has this same concept of suite time after massage. Thank you for an u forgettable experience.

My husband and I went in for a couples massage and We had a wonderful experience! Our masseuses (Joe and Cassandra) did a fantastic job and really worked the areas we asked for. The staff was very welcoming as well. Originally we had booked for the smaller sky suite but upon arrival they had upgraded us to the the largest suite, The Art studio. On top of that they gave us more time than what should have been booked out for. It's a different concept and vibe than other spa's. Very unique! I love how you can bring your own drinks/snacks to enjoy during your time there. Overall, we had a very good first experience.

My wife and I had a great experience in the art suite: the massage was fantastic, being able to bring outside food was nice, and the lounging time was great. We also really liked the tub with jets. One caveat is if you want a hot sauna this is not the best place - we didn’t mind since we came for the other things, but if you come wanting that you will be disappointed.

While the setting at Little Red Day Spa is undeniably beautiful and relaxing, our overall experience was unfortunately overshadowed by a very uncomfortable massage experience with one employee. The licensed massage therapist, Chris, completely changed what should have been a peaceful 80-minute massage into something that felt endless and deeply uncomfortable. Throughout the session, his breathing was extremely distracting and unpleasant. at times it felt as though he was blowing air or mucus onto my back and arms. This alone made it nearly impossible to relax. He kept telling me to breathe in colors and it felt like he wanted me to play some type of pretend game with him. Where I was a sheet of snow and he was burning logs? I have never experienced something so unpleasant and uncomfortable. In addition, he repeatedly whispered strange words under his breath and spoke to me in a way that felt condescending, including telling me I was "doing a good job," which made me feel uncomfortable and infantilized rather than cared for as a client. What concerned me most was that he appeared to be performing some form of energy work without my consent. I did not request energy work, nor was I asked for permission. When my girlfriend looked over during the session, it was clear that he was not consistently performing standard massage techniques. Any alternative or energetic practices should always require clear, informed consent beforehand, especially in a professional spa setting. Overall, this massage was a terrible experience and not appropriate for a spa environment. While the spa itself is lovely, this particular therapist’s approach and lack of boundaries significantly impacted our visit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure future guests feel safe, respected, and relaxed. That said, I do want to acknowledge the female massage therapist who worked on my girlfriend. She was wonderful and did an amazing job. Unfortunately, I don’t recall her name…. Chris told us to start getting on the tables before she arrived, so we were never formally introduced. When she entered the room, she immediately did everything she could to make my girlfriend feel comfortable and in good hands. She had lots of tattoos, a warm attitude, and a professional, respectful approach to the massage. I believe her name may have been Paige, but I could be mistaken. She was the highlight of our experience and deserves recognition. We left a tip only because of her.

Best gift experience! What a wonderful place! I want to come back again, and again. This spa is incredibly unique and offers a great variety of experiences with professionalism and in a clean and intriguing setting inside the old Rainier brewery. We attended a fun artistic event here. The art, decor, ambience everything is absolutely fabulous. A feast for all senses. Received a top notch massage here, too, with wonderful aromatherapy.

Amazing experience! I bought a Groupon for my boyfriend’s birthday and we decided to use on Christmas Eve. Not only were the masseuses amazing, the staff was friendly and the suites you spend ~50 minutes in post massage are gorgeous. We were upgraded to the Painters’ Suite and it was such a nice way to unwind. I absolutely recommend this to all Seattle based couples. Will definitely go back!
