RELAXOLOGY Massage & Head Spa

I regret to say I wouldn't recommend this spa. While the check-in was smooth and the receptionist polite, the overall experience was disappointing. My massage area was located next to an open spa room with no ceiling, allowing me to overhear a loud, inappropriate conversation between a male guest and the masseuse. The exchange, which included swearing and demeaning comments about women and relationships, lasted 20 minutes before I had to ask Jamecia to request they lower the volume. As a paying customer, I shouldn't have to endure such an uncomfortable atmosphere when seeking relaxation. The cleanliness of the facility was also lacking. The floors had hair, dust, and candy wrappers, and the towels were more suited for a utility closet than a spa. The head spa area was visually unappealing with exposed drains, and the quality of products felt cheap. While I hoped for a better experience, the facility is in need of significant improvements in cleanliness, decor, and overall ambiance to offer a truly professional, relaxing experience. *********As for my masseuse JAMECIA, she was very pleasant and professional. The massage quality was top notch and my head spa was amazing. She was very attentive and asked questions along the way to make me feel comfortable. I was very happy with her service and overall skill and approach. Highly recommend you book with her if you decide to check it out for yourself.

The only reason I gave a 5 was because Angela did an AMAZING job! She was God sent. I got off her table feeling like a brand new woman. She fix every issue I had and made sure she gave me the correct amount of time since I couldn't find your location. Someone else would have rushed through it. I will be back for her!!! The direction new to be more clear as to where your establishment is. I got there 5 minutes early only to be late, which Angela called me wondering if I was keeping my appt but I explained I had no idea where you were located until I stopped in another business asking if they knew where you were. You need to have direction on your website or in the confirmation email explaining that you are located inside another establishment!

I had the BEST massage by Angela R. She was thorough, thoughtful, and highly skilled! I had both a massage and lymphatic drain; I left feeling totally relaxed and so much better than when I walked in. I've had swelling issues in my legs recently and for the first time in months my ankles and legs are back to normal. I will definitely be back and cannot recommend Relaxology/Angela enough! 15/10... above and beyond!

I had an incredible reflexology massage at Relaxology Massage and Head Spa! Booking online was easy, and the experience from start to finish was wonderful. The front desk receptionist was such a sweetheart💗so cheerful and welcoming. Stanley did an amazing job with the massage; I absolutely loved it! I’m 38 weeks pregnant and hoping this helps naturally encourage labor. If baby doesn’t make his debut this week, I’ll definitely be back next week. Highly recommend this place😃thank you!

While I greatly appreciate how friendly the person who gave the service was… the service itself was a bit misleading. When I read headspa I assumed it was someone who was well versed on this service and hair. I assumed they’d do a scalp check and recommend products and services based on wanting the head spa treatment. I spent $85 on a hair wash. There was no scalp camera or check, she was a licensed masseuse so she didn’t have any experience on hair or the typical headspa techniques… unfortunately I spent $85 plus tip on a hair wash and the person did not brush or dry my hair after. I walked out with knotted, soaking wet hair after the service. She even asked me how I felt about the products because she wasn’t familiar with any of them…

I’m so glad I found Relaxology during my visit to Queen Creek! Jessica was amazing and I highly recommend seeing her for your massage needs!

Oh my! We called Last Minute and they were able To get us schedule for the most relaxing Massage. I had Sandy and he was great . I explained my issues and he worked In those Points and i can say 2 days later i feel great! For those who are use To massages where u get undressed, this is not like that. But i can say it was still incredible. The foot soak feels Amazing while your getting a massage. I really want to come in for their head scalp massage. Next time. Very clean, very Friendly, pretty place. Affordable.
