Melissa was amazing she described each step of the facial process and walked me through the benefits of every product she used. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire session. I noticed immediate improvements in the texture and appearance of my skin. Ericka is my stylist at JC Salons and she's absolutely fabulous! She's very skilled, gentle and a great conversationalist! I have no doubt their other stylists are lovely as well. The facilities are great. They have a friendly operator at the front desk, very nicely maintained restrooms, comfy benches to sit on when waiting for your stylist, as well as vending machines. I highly recommend this location as well, since it is conveniently located nearby Costco, as well as restaurants.

Melanie Brown (Suite 4) is my Hair stylist at JC Salons and she is amazing! I have been coming to her for the past 2 years to get the BELARAE Hair Botox Treatment. I loved my naturally curly hair but appreciate the easier maintenance of my daily hair routine. Melanie is very skilled, gentle and great to talk to. She is a true expert on working with my hair. I noticed my hair was very damaged and medium length when I started going to her. Now it is much healthier and longer. Her booth is great and relaxing environment with calming music space. While I live in Sacramento I look forward to spending my self-care days with her.

Donna is an amazing stylist. Her skills and knowledge regarding coloring, cutting and styling hair are unsurpassed. I highly recommend Donna, you will not be disappointed, you will be thrilled with your hair. Donna is has an infectious personality and you will enjoy your time with her.

This review is for Juanita’s hair salon inside salon by JC.I could give her zero stars if yelp allowed. I have had my hair done with her 3 times in the past. ok nothing extra ordinary and did not call for a negative or positive review. But what she did to me last weekend was the uktimate nail in the coffin. Rude, unapologetic and unprofessional and someone who not honor her clientele or appointments. I had booked an appointment for hair styling for my special event on Saturday at 9. The day before i asked if she could do a particular style. She calked snd was very ryde and saud she could not and try a different stylist. I said ok let me try and find but did not ask her to cancel the current appointment. I was running errands for the event thinking everything was set for my hair . She calks me at 5:15 pm just to say she cancelled the appointment snd gave it to someone else. Her reasoning - ‘because you did not call i gave it to someone else’.wow!! If you had the audacity to call me just to derive sadistic pleasure to say you cancelled, was ‘t it your responsibility to just easily call me to check if i want to cancel?!!!. I was appalled. She saud go to someone else. That was her response. At 5:15 where would i find another haurstylist for an event in the morning. fir thus kevrl of unorofessionslism i could sue her. She ruined my plans for my own event. Never recommend her to anybody .rude, mean unprofessional to the core!

Totally impressive. It's a big, beautiful salon that houses several private salon suites. I loved it. It was a really relaxing and enjoyable experience. I will definitely be going back even though it's somewhat of a drive from my house. Totally worth it!
