Had a massage and almost cut it short. The masseuse had her cell phone on my massage bed and was watching a video on silent while massaging me. I could feel her actual cell phone vibrating on the massage bed while I was there to relax! Hahahah I have never had a worse massage. Zero massage going on, just rubbing all fast and hard with no attention to tendons, muscles, zero massage education. When I went to tip she suggested I tip $5 more only that's not how tips work, you don't get to tell people what to tip especially if you didn't earn that tip. Worst massage of my life

I had an incredible experience at this massage place! The therapists were skilled and attentive, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The ambiance was soothing, and the massage itself was top-notch. I left feeling rejuvenated and would highly recommend it for a five-star wellness experience.

I made an appointment two weeks ago. I showed up five minutes early for my appointment with Mia and there’s nobody in the office. I open and close the front door a second time trying to make a lot of noise and finally somebody came out who didn’t speak enough English, but told me to call the phone number on the brochure. I called the phone number on the brochure gentleman who answered the phone Said something to the effect of oh I’m sorry Mia I think had some kind of an emergency. I didn’t realize you scheduled an appointment. Going back to family massage in San Ramon, and will not give Jade another try.

The massage was great, the minus two stars come from the customer service. She looked at the tip giggled and then said "small". Not sure when a 17% tip became small. But that was incredibly rude and not professional. Any sense of relaxation I had instantly went out the door

I have given this spa three chances and I really can’t give it anymore. Yesterday I had a one hour massage and I stopped the massage early and left. I still paid for my whole massage but it was so bad. Worst massage I’ve ever gotten. The masseuse was just rubbing me and clearly has not received the proper education. She also was sniffling throughout the massage. I went before and they charged me an extra $10 to use a pregnancy pillow. Save up and go somewhere else.

I had the anti acne facial with Rebecca,amazing facial with great results! For someone’s whos been fighting a bit of adult acne these last few weeks with home treatments, Rebecca was a complete professional and kinda fixed all of my diy blunders. I woke up the next day with my skin finally back to normal. She does a great facial, I was so relaxed I barely felt the extractions. An in-person professional is really the way to go for stubborn skin issues. The money I spent on this facial is equal to the stash of products I’ve purchased over the last few weeks to solve this problem on my own. Save your money,

I have known Rebecca for more than 5 years. I have come to her regularly every month ( outside of the Covid months) As she is simply amazing. She is very caring, professional and has the unmatched skills for facial. She goes above and beyond with her services to give a full experience.
