I came in with some very upset muscles in my arms, and Sarah took extra time to understand what was going on, and she demonstrated a deep understanding of the way everything is connected in our bodies and how movement incorporated with her working with the muscles could best alleviate my pain. From before, during, and after, Sarah continued to show up with ensuring I was on the road to recovery and feeling better. She even spent time researching to be certain she was providing me with the best level of care in future visits.
