**Review for Beijing Herbal Foot Spa** I recently received two gift cards for Beijing Herbal Foot Spa for my birthday, and this was my second visit, while it was my boyfriend's first time. We scheduled 60 min body works massage appointment for 5pm and, despite arriving alongside five other people, the efficient staff had all our rooms ready within five minutes. We chose a couples massage. The room was clean and had a pleasant aroma. Our therapists arrived promptly and began the massage, which was powerful and thorough. They expertly worked through the knots and hit all the pressure points. The staff were incredibly friendly throughout our visit. I've noticed some negative reviews about tipping. The staff did not mention tips to us, but we chose to tip $20 each, feeling the therapists truly earned it with their excellent service. We plan to return at least once or twice a month. I wish I would have asked the names of the therapists that worked on us, I would definitely want them again! Highly recommend!

My daughter and I went this morning. I got the for reflexology, Cindy was my masseuse, she did an excellent job. A quick face, neck and scalp massage while your feet are soaking. Then onto your feet. Through and relaxing. My daughter got the 30 minute chair massage for the back, neck arm and hands. Peter was her masseuse. Very reasonably priced! Please be sure to bring cash to tip, if you're paying by credit card. Thanks for a great service and two great massages!

I made an appointment for a foot massage on my birthday and I liked it so much that I went back the next day. The place is cozy, smells great and the masseuses do their job very well. Also the young lady who answers at the door is very kind.

Absolutely incredible! So much more than a typical foot spa. They did total body and it was top notch! Highly recommend after a long day of walking the town.

Every time we go we get shaken down for a bigger tip. They suggest almost 50%. Very uncomfortable not sure we will go back

I visit this place regularly and have always appreciated the friendly service from the younger gentleman and young woman at the front desk—they’re welcoming and professional. However, my experience today with the older gentleman working at the desk was disappointing. When I went to pay, he rudely told me they don’t accept American Express, even though there’s a clear sticker on the door stating otherwise. I’ve always used American Express here without any issues in the past. While the back and foot massages are great and the other staff are enjoyable, I’m reconsidering returning if this individual’s attitude continues to be an issue. Consistent customer service is key, and I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for everyone.

My aunt treated me to a massage and reflexology. By far the best I’ve ever had. The environment was so relaxing and clean with calming energy. Christy was incredible and got knots out of my back i didn’t even know i had. I’ll definitely be back.
