Keiddy was amazing! I’ve been in a lot of pain from tension in my shoulders and TMJ pain - she did a wonderful job getting out so many knots and releasing so much tension in my shoulders and jaw and I left feeling better than I’ve felt in years! Can’t wait to go back!

Body and Soul has been around for many years and they are consistently excellent. Massage therapist Alex is masterful at applying strong controlled pressure to my back and neck where I need most relief from tight muscles. Highly recommend.

My partner and I recently got a couples massage here and it was lovely. I had Alex and he did a great job, I felt lighter walking out the door. Everyone was very friendly as well. Always nice to feel welcome in a space as an obviously queer person. Will definitely return next time we stay in Salem.
