Ruby Massage & Spa

I am regular customer every girl knows me today I booked appointment and I reached on time but lady cancel my appointment and very rude behavior and it’s me

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I had the most uncomfortable, painful and stressful experience here! The entire time my masseuse was working on me i was tense and stressed out and I know he can see how uncomfortable I was but never asked if I was ok or if he should apply less pressure! Buddy!!! Can't you see how I was tensing up and you were digging your knuckles so hard into my dam foot!!! People pay money to enjoy their massage not to tense up and feel uncomfortable!!!!!! Helllo!!!! I was hoping that I could relax and have an enjoyable massage but my masseuse - I didn't get his name was rough as hell!! I know what a deep tissue massage feels like but I felt like he was either inexperienced or was literally purposely trying to break my bones! I will never come back here and will be reporting this business to the BBB to check and make sure that these folks have a license to run this business. Horrible horrible horrible

First time getting my massage here. I dont have cash with me so I paid using my debit card which there was an additional charge of $2. I chose 1hr whole body which was $60. Since it was my first time here I initially tipped $10 but the receptionist told me minimum of tip is $20. Total cost of massage was $82. The massage is phenomenal! The lady know how to massage. It was really relaxing and satisfying! The head massage, streching, hot stone were worth it! They close at 8pm, I walked in at 7:20pm and they still accepted me. She didnt rush the massage and finished it on time. I was thinking to tip her additional $10 because I loved the massage but the store was closed already! Highly recommended and will be back.

One of the best massages I have ever had. With little direction this woman worked out so many areas of pain and tension in my body. The places was very clean and my masseuse checked in with me often to see how I was doing and if I needed more or less pressure. I booked my next appointment while still on the table for my first. Don’t mind the area, take a chance and go you won’t regret it!

Okay. I had read some mixed reviews and could understand how some people thought the motions felt rushed and weren't able to relax. It was definitely a different experience than the place I have been going to for 2 years. Now my issue was with the fact that it became noisy in the hallway with about 20 minutes to go. That definitely hindered my relaxation and I get that maybe they can't ask their other guest to be quiet, but some random lady came chasing me out when I left asking if I was going to tip her. She wasn't even my lady, and I had tipped before hand. That was the rudest encounter I have ever had anywhere. I was nearly to my car when she ran out yelling at me to tip her. The lady that performed my massage came running out to tell her I already did. I will never come back here. I actually wish I could get my tip back even though it wasn't my girls fault. $80 could've have gone so much further for me.

Heads up friends, if you are Asian like from Pakistan, or Indian, please avoid going to this massage center. During massage there was a so called lady who claimed to be Rudy, asked me several racist questions when I told her I am from India she finished massage in 45 minutes but I paid for one hour. Additionally, I waited there for 30 minutes even though I called in advance, another thing, they charge 60$ but other places charge 50$ for one hour. The rooms were very dirty and she went outside room to answer calls and to make appointment for other clients. I am happy did not give her tip and she almost cried haha

They are very professional. No nonsense. They identify problem areas and focus on them without neglecting the rest of your massage. I love that hot stones or cupping is included. I want to go every week today they work best job
