This used to be my favorite place, so I’m so disappointed. I came in about a week ago with my little girl and we both had gel manicures and gel pedicures. Usually the staff is so friendly, but this time they were so annoyed with anything I asked her including the color I picked. My massage chair wasn’t working and we eventually they offered to move me to a different chair. My daughter just had Her nails painted but no Massage or water or anything since she’s only 6. At the end we both had nail polish around our nails and on the tip of our fingers and I politely asked for help cleaning it off, which annoyed them even more. Our bill came out to around $190 including tips and Both of our manicures are already peeling off. I was hoping to give my little girl a happy memory and we’re both so disappointed.
This place is amazing! The pedicures are done in a separate room than the manicures, which is so nice when you want to get both done, but not at the same time! They offer you cold water right away. It's very clean and calming inside. I had the best foot and leg massage from HOLLY! She is AMAZING! and she took special care of my feet. Everyone here is friendly. And they have a text to book option which works perfectly. I highly recommend trying this place.
My best friend and I went for a girls day and get mani/pedis. She wanted the simple Sparkly pedi with an olive green polish. Choice of polish comes with it, and do a design add on. I wanted a few tips so all my nails were the same length and a black and purple ombre. We were both told we had to get dip powder. That the only way to do the ombre is with dip powder. And the only way she could have her color and design was with dip powder. She chose the color from polish samples not powder samples. The design was a sticker they put on her nail. Which peeled off a couple hours later without anything being done to cause it to start peeling. Her cuticles were cut up and one bled. Holly who did my nails burned me with the Dremel tool, shredding my cuticles and made them bleed. She flicked purple powder on the black cured powder to do an ombre. As you can see that did not happen. My nails were different lengths, slanted, and bumpy. Manicures are supposed to come with a massage and soak, neither of us got that. Pedicures were the Sparkly pedicure. They didn't ask her the type of polish they chose gel for her. Same color as her finger nails. (Funny how they couldn't do polish on her nails) she didn't get the hot towels but was told she did but she was too busy talking to notice. The "massage" with the Pedicures is just rubbing lotion on in an up and down motion on your calves. The gal that did my pedicure wasn't happy I didn't want gel polish for an extra charge. When we went to pay we explained that we were not satisfied and why. We were given a 10% discount. When we left I went to another nail salon to hopefully get everything fixed. And the new place did a PERFECT job. I am thankful we were given a full refund for the manicures from the manager. But we will never go back here again.
Tried out this new nail salon and spa and am in love. It was SO clean and relaxing, and everyone was so NICE and sweet which makes such a difference for me. I got a dip mani and the tech took her time and was so meticulous. I frequently get cuts or the electric file too deep on my natural nail at other places, but they were so careful here to craft a beautiful manicure. They have 2 giant walls of polish, gel and Dip colors. The pedicure area looks heavenly. They also have a Japanese Head Spa that I want to try. They don’t do acrylics here so they don’t have any toxic fumes or chemicals. It smells spa like inside and is so relaxing. Highly highly recommend Lumi, definitely making this my new nail salon.
I love this place for its scalp deep clean and massage for the hair!!! It’s the best one in town and the gal Mae who worked on me last was wonderful she asked all the right questions and her massage skills were on point!!! Don’t miss out on this gem it’s a great place to relax
Treated myself to the Ultimate Care head spa treatment yesterday, and let me tell you! Best 75 minutes ever. This was my first time at the spa- it was clean, everyone was nice, and lots of people getting their nails done. The room where the scalp treatments take place is in the back, it’s dark and quiet with relaxing music playing. The treatment itself was fabulous. But what I wasn’t expecting was how great my hair felt the next day. It was visibly shinier, way less tangly and felt thicker and healthier. 10/10 would recommend.
I went there yesterday to have my feet done. And they didn't clean around the nails. As you could see in the photo, it's very disappointing. With this place, I think I'm going to go someplace else. And they're employees talking their language seem like they talk to them.Other people's backs.
