This was an exceptional experience!! 100/10 recommend to everyone to come and experience all of these healing modalities for yourself…The red light therapy, the infrared sauna, the cryotherapy, and the compression felt so rejuvenating. I could feel the exhaustion and inflammation leave my body. Next up will come back for one of their incredible IVs. I recently visited Arctic Elevation in Rocklin and it was an amazing experience. Special thanks to Vika, Daniel and Zhanna for their care and professionalism. They showed us around, explained every step and made us feel very comfortable. I tried the red light sauna, light treatments, cryotherapy and a lymphatic drainage massage, and I loved every procedure. After the session I felt lighter, refreshed and deeply relaxed. Everything was truly on the highest level: the staff, the service and the treatments. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

It’s been two days since I visited Arctic Elevation, and I still feel like a new person. After being sick for a week, my strength has finally returned, and I feel completely renewed. The red light therapy and compression therapy are my favorites. Especially with my swollen legs. The service is outstanding, and I will definitely be coming back.

WOW! My girlfriends and I had the best time at Arctic Elevation on Lonetree! We tried compression therapy, cryotherapy, red light therapy, and the sauna—and every single experience was absolutely incredible. The whole place is stunning, stylish, and spotless. From the chic lobby to the pristine bathrooms, every detail is so thoughtfully done. We felt pampered from the moment we walked in. Such a fun, refreshing, and unforgettable outing! I HIGHLY recommend it!
