Salt+Sol Halotherapy (Salt Room)

I used the The Rejuvenation Room today as I'm in the midst of recovering from bronchitis, and it seemed to help with my inflammation and cough. It was also very relaxing and I nearly fell asleep in the sauna. I did a 30 minute treatment but likely would do a 45 in the future. The sauna was heated to about 120 degrees. I recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing to change into afterward. Friendly staff too!

Oh my goodness... I had no idea what this experience would be like, but the word AWESOME, doesn't seem to do it justice. Me and my girlfriends did a 45 minutes session in the Zen Den, and it was amazing. The set up is extremely beautiful, relaxing, & powerful. The owners are more than informed, and gracious to their guests. When I came out, my sinuses felt very clear, and I just felt very relaxed. The gift shop is full of fun Zen-like and meditative items, Salt Lamps, beautiful jewelry, and other fun stuff for the Mind, Body & Spirit. Totally worth the price, which I did not think was bad at all. This place will for sure be on my rotation list of healthy fun stuff to do when I need a little pampering, or a fun night out with friends. Rosa and Laura are lovely and have to much to offer with Salt & Sol.

I LOVE Salt + Sol. It is so beautiful here. When you walk in you immediately see all the beautiful decor which includes salt lamps and work done by local artists!! The salt cave is so calming and grounding. Salt + Sol just opened and I’ve already been multiple times and I’ve lived every session. I definitely will be coming back!

I had a lovely session in the infrared sauna followed by an incredible massage from Arrielle! She found all of my tension spots and left me feeling like I have a whole new body! Will definitely be returning!

Just went for my first time with my sisters and I must say I had the most lovely time! The ambiance was so nice and relaxing. You can tell the place is very well taken care of. And Emma, the technician, was so knowledgable about the process and exhibited such a nice positive energy. Highly recommended if you're looking for a nice getaway to relax alone or with some friends.

Excellent place for relaxation and relief. The infrared sauna was a new experience for my husband and I. Both dealing with chronic pain, we left relieved and relaxed. 10/10 would recommend. The salt rooms are cozy and inviting and the employees are welcoming and knowledgeable. We left with the mist me spray and affirmations journal, loving both! The mist me spray smells amazing!

💜🫶💜 I love going to the Salt rooms here!!! Took my kiddos!!! They loved it as well!!! Always friendly staff and always find some crystal or something to buy.....I bought our foot salt lamp here and we all love it someone is always cuddling up to it from the kids to the dogs!!! 💜🫶💜
