Rejuvenation Massage and Cryotherapy

I was really hopeful considering this place was so close to my home. I have been looking to find another MLD therapist since mine retired. Looking at her services online, I booked a massage with a few add on services. The first phone conversation was a bit off putting due to the fact she demanded my credit card to be kept on file. She said it was because she had had so many cancellations. Unfortunately for her, I prefer to pay cash so I wasn't sure this would be a great fit right off the bat. And I wasn't going to give anyone my credit card information to pay for a service I hadn't received yet. So I went and she agreed to accept cash. During the massage she did try to upsell the entire time, talking about all the other services she offers. I was looking for a place to schedule regular MLD massage every 2 weeks. That was my focus. At first she said she could offer a discounted rate if I booked regularly, then quickly back peddled and took that back. Weird... At one point during the massage, while I was face down, she was working on my shoulders and upper back. As she leaned over my head, I felt all of her stomach and body weight on top of my head. Very uncomfortable. While I was face up, she tried to put some sort of wrap on my head to cover my eyes. Uncomfortable. And not sure how sanitary that is. She also used a loofah on my dry skin( one of my add ons as a dry brushing technique) as long as I've been researching and performing dry brushing on myself, I've never seen or heard of using a loofah on dry skin. Needless to say, when that was over, my sensitive skin on my neck and chest was broken out in a horribly painful red rash. When I asked her about it as I was paying, she said oh it will go away. I did schedule a second appointment. Wanted to give a second chance. I will not be back. For me, the constant up selling, lack of cleanliness and failure to listen to a client was overwhelming. Despite the reply from the owner, I assure you, I am not leaving this review by mistake.

Had an amazing experience during my massage and facial. I’ve never felt so relaxed in my life. Karen is so caring and intentional with everything she does.

The ambiance was really great. You can tell she has put a lot of effort into the inside of her business. Unfortunately I just didn't have a great time while I was there. She showed up a little late to the appointment which would have been totally fine if there was some communication. She just seemed unprepared when she did show up, like she maybe forgot about the appointment. From the moment I stepped in the building until leaving, including while I was actually being massaged, it was a constant upsell. It was getting quite frustrating. During the massage she also leave to attend to another client who had shown up early. The whole thing was just uncomfortable and I wish I could say it was a good massage but it just wasn't there for me. I left feeling worse. Follow up: Two very inappropriate emails were sent to me afterwards.

I'm always apprehensive about massages. Sometimes their good sometimes no so good. So during my session I realized that I had not had a massage in over six years. Shame on me. Anyway afterwards I was definitely mentally and physically better than I had been in a long while. I'll be back.

From the moment you walk in, I immediately felt at peace and relaxed. Karen takes her time to get to know you and your concerns and goals. I received a 60 min Swedish massage and added some enhancements and it was so worth it. I felt comfortable, relaxed and enjoyed every minute.

Karen did an amazing job on my massage! I’ve had quite a few and this was by far the best! Her healing technique, relaxing atmosphere, and professionalism all made it a great experience! The office was nicely decorated and clean. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

This isn’t just your normal massage experience. Karen started off with a consultation, figuring out the reason for my visit, whether it was just to relax or if I was having any issues. Then she went over possible add-ons - every single one of them were great! During the session she communicated with me making sure I was comfortable & relaxed. Easily the best massage experience I’ve had yet. Highly recommend visiting Rejuvenation!
