I see Lisa once a week specifically to work on my neck, lower back and shoulders due to the work I do. She carefully works on those specific areas and I feel rejuvenated afterwards and am able to work the coming week pain free.The price and attention to detail is fantastic I highly recommend.

Lisa was my therapist and her techniques are excellent. I especially found the stretching during and after the massage to be very helpful.

I had a great massage here. I have had many massages, but I liked my massage here because my masseuse incorporated active stretching with massage. This technique allowed my body to be well positioned to work on muscle groups that are harder to get to. This also meant relief to not only sore muscles, but tight tendons and ligaments. I believe this type of massage would be well suited to recover from heavy physical workout and/or soft tissue injuries.

Very professional and super nice. Very clean and relaxing. The massage was so good that after paying for one hour I went and paid for a second hour and went back on the table. I highly recommend. These ladies know what they are doing. Thank you so much

My husband and I went here for the first time for an hour long couples massage and we LOVED it!! I was even able to adjust my appointment time the night before and the two ladies were so friendly. My husband asked for hard massage pressure and his lady didn’t disappoint. His muscles felt loose and relieved after. And I enjoy more relaxing medium pressure and that’s what I got. They were great at finding our tight muscle spots and catered to those areas that needed more attention. I could have stayed another hour. We will definitely be back!! So glad I found this hidden spot in Rock Hill!

This is my second time visiting this spa location. Tina is the absolute best! She did an excellent job locating AND relieving my tight and sore muscles. The spa is very clean and the ladies are so friendly. I will bring my husband back with me the next time for a couple's massage. 🙂
