My husband and I had the best experience in using Fun Outdoor Living in Rock Hill, SC for our outdoor kitchen build. From our very first visit into the store, we were greeted and asked if we needed help with anything. We were allowed to look around without being pressured into anything. We finally decided we wanted information on an outdoor kitchen unit. We spoke with Ken Roberts who gave us all the information we needed to move forward with our build. Ken was knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us into anything we didn’t want and also advised us on what we should get even if it wasn’t the most expensive. The process was simple and organized. They have an app that they keep in touch with you along with a phone call as well to keep you up to date on the building process. They are very thorough. Ken came by to measure and look at the area we wanted unit to make sure site was good before proceeding with build. He will also make sure if you’re in an HOA that they receive the plans in a timely manner for approval. Once everything is approved and unit is built, there is another team of wonderful and professional site builders that will come and install your unit. Clint and Eric were the team we had install our unit along with the stone contractors that did an amazing job. It was around Thanksgiving, we had just moved into our new home and we were trying to get the outdoor kitchen unit in as the whole family was coming for the holiday. Clint, Eric and the whole crew got it in and Clint & Eric even came back to do an install at 7pm on Thanksgiving Eve. Now that’s customer service!! We are very happy with our outdoor kitchen and highly recommend Fun Outdoor Living for any of your outdoor living needs. I bought a American Whirlpool hot tub a few months back from the people at Fun Outdoor Living. I had a concern with a blue flashing light so they sent Corey, one of their techs out to solve my problem. It was a very simple fix mostly due to being a novice hot tub owner. Turned out to be a maintenance issue I was unaware of. Corey explained to me on what needed to be done and am very pleased with the whole experience.

Just bought my tub recently & had to have the fun outdoor living service team out to look at a few things, & the tech, Corey, was great! He showed up when he said he would, got me all taken care of, but went above & beyond in giving me some helpful tips on the hot tub maintenance & how to keep my tub running great for years. This is the true way service should be provided. Tech called when he was on the way, arrived on time, said what he was going to do, did the work in a timely manner and left the area in better condition than he found it. James is an example of what customer service looks like. A lot can be learned from this gentleman in business today. Five Stars is not enough. Thank you James and keep up the good work.
