Prism Saunas and Sound

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful first time infrared sauna experience today. This spa had a soothing ambiance and the Evergreen Room was perfect for me & my husband. The owner Cherice was amazing in explaining the services. Absolutely loved the small touches with the wipes, towels, fridge full of water, gatorade & snacks. She even gave us lovely handwritten thank you note at the end. We will definitely be back!

My partner and I decided to try a couples sauna, and this experience at Prism did not disappoint. As soon as you walk in, the owners energies and the ambiance of the space were beyond welcoming and comforting. They surprised us by upgrading our room for our 1 year wedding anniversary, and when we walked in to the larger space, the evergreen room, with a mini fridge, snack area, a couch and lounge chair we were blown away! They had covered the floor in rose petals! It was such a kind gesture that made the experience even better. We just want to thank them and are happy to have chosen to try the infrared sauna! Can't wait to come back.

After researching the benefits of regular sauna visits, I took the opportunity to visit Prism Saunas and Sound on 1/17/2023 which was the day after their re-opening under new ownership. To say that I had an amazing experience is an understatement! Upon entering the spa, I was greeted by Prism's new owner, Cherice. She was very warm and offered me a refreshing beverage before my session began. Cherice educated me on how to use the control panel in the sauna and she informed me which temperatures and the session's duration that would be in the best interest of my health. I've only been to gym saunas which is a communal environment. At Prism, I had my own private sauna which helped me to relax more. I have also found it hard to breathe at times in saunas where steam is a component of the heat. Prism's infrared saunas made the 40-minute session very enjoyable. The entire facility was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. There was also a member of the staff who was disinfecting saunas which gave me peace of mind that Prism values their clients. Prior to my departure, I noticed that there was also wellness-centric merchandise available for purchase. I will definitely be back and I look forward to becoming a member soon!

I love my sound healing experience at Prism Saunas and Sound. I treated myself to a healing experience for my birthday and it did not disappoint. I appreciate the call from the sound healing specialist before I arrived and all the special touches from the staff. The space was gorgeous and relaxing. I look forward to adding this to my regular self maintenance routine.

Any time I go to Prism it’s the highlight of my week! The owner is so so kind and so is everyone I have interacted with there! You have many options to customize your service with different temps and types of light therapy if you’d like. Not to mention it is always pristinely clean - you’d think you were the first ever person to sit in your sauna! I recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE I can! Definitely check them out if you are dealing with any sort of health issue that saunas/sound baths can help with or if you just want to treat yourself!

I have visited Prism Saunas and Sound a few times since their January reopening and I'm so thankful for the experience! After my first session was finished I could literally see evidence on the towel of the toxins being pulled from my body. The staff is friendly and the space is very clean. And I love how there is ample parking. That's usually hard to come by with business located in the downtown area. 10/10 would recommend!
