Paradise Valley Spas Richmond

We recently needed servicing for our hot tub, and the team at the Richmond location was just as impressive as the original store where we bought it. They scheduled us quickly, communicated clearly, and the technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and respectful of our space. It’s rare to see such consistency between branches, but they clearly sets a high bar across the board. Our spa is running perfectly again, and the service experience reminded me why we chose this store in the first place. Highly recommend Paradise Valley Spa for anyone looking for great support and reliability!

We recently bought a hot tub from Paradise Valley Spas and had a great experience overall. The staff were knowledgeable and helped us choose the right model for our space. Delivery and installation went smoothly, and the team explained everything clearly. The tub itself is high-quality and has been a perfect backyard upgrade. Overall, excellent service, great selection, and we’re thrilled with our new spa!

The team at Paradise Valley Spas was awesome! Got an amazing Jacuzzi Hot tub with a super lightweight cover. Everyone was super nice, helpful, and made the whole process easy. The installers showed up on time, set everything up perfectly, and explained how it all works. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I have also decided to get their weekly service clean-up and honestly so far so good Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!! I was nervous shopping for a spa for my newly remodeled backyard but they really took the time to help me find the right spa for my space and budget and I couldn’t be happier. They’re responsive, great service and helped me stay within my price point. I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends.

Went in to buy a hot tub and when I walked in the store an older guy with grey dreads was playing games on his phone and ignored me as a customer so I jokingly said "this place looks really busy" because there was nobody in the store and that got his attention but I could see he looked annoyed that he had to work now and didn’t like my joke. So I told him I was looking to spend 5/7k on a hot tub today and he told me that there prices start at 9k and there’s nothing he can do for me and went back to playing his game. (oh really) To me what he was really doing is getting me back for my sarcasm so I’m leaving this review for the company owners to see because I was a buying customer that was turned away by a rude employee. 7k just isn’t good anymore I guess? Or this company is doing so good they can turn it down? Either way I’ll never go back here again!

5 stars to my sales person ED MOORE. He was knowledgeable & helpful. He was a factor in my purchase. I will start off saying that I had two unhappy experiences with their competitors. They are poor business people who I do not trust. I was treated rudely by both. I could have had their tub almost immediately but I figured if they will treat me poorly on about a $6000 purchase (they were less than Jacuzzi), what will happen after they have my money & I have a problem? Jacuzzi of course is the name brand. I can trust them. I also trust Ed Moore. We were told that due Covid supply chain issues the wait about be 10-12 months. We waited a little longer. Everyone was polite & responsive. Robert, head of the delivery crew was helpful. We bought the J-315 which is a smaller unit. That is all of the space we had. The purchase was for relaxing sore muscles & not for parties. It was $9000+ when I ordered & $13,000+ today. The manual explains a lot but doesn't explain everything. That is where ED MOORE comes in. I visited him a few times & was a question box. Everything is functioning properly. The jets hit the areas I want them to hit. I know at motels I have found some hot tubs only focus on the lower & mid back & not the shoulders.

I worked with Dan and he was helpful and informative throughout the entire purchase process. I first came in about 4 months ago just to inquire about options, pricing, and availability. The Jacuzzi is more for my wife, so he recommended that I bring her in also. My wife and I finally had the chance to come in together last week and Dan helped us nail down the model and color options. He explained all the differences between two final models we were comparing and let us decide which one was best for us without any pressure. He was able to find the exact one we were looking for, and we got lucky since it is estimated to arrive in the timeframe that we wanted. Overall great experience working with Dan. My wife and I already knew that the Jacuzzi product is top notch so we didn’t necessarily need to be sold on the product, but rather the dealer experience and the support we would receive. Dan is the reason we pulled the trigger and made the purchase. If the delivery process ends up going just as smoothly, I’ll be recommending Paradise Valley Spas to my friends and family for sure.
