Well House

I've been coming to Well House for nearly five months. As an athlete who trains several days a week, I realized last year that I was missing a crucial recovery component in my routine. After hearing about Well House, I knew I had to give it a try. The contrast therapy room (cold plunge and sauna) is my favorite, but the location does offer a ton of variety (chromotherapy, salt therapy, red light therapy, and more) in the other sauna rooms. The owner, Hannah, and all staff members are incredibly welcoming, and the online booking system is extremely straightforward. The location is easy to find at the MeadowCreek shopping center on Wedge Parkway. Overall, Well House is an exceptional sauna and wellness center that continues to impress me.

Loved my experience! I got a facial with Connie and she was amazing. She made me feel very relaxed, checked in with me, and was very kind. The front desk girls were very sweet and even helped me via text to decide what service I wanted before officially booking. The facial with Connie was exactly what I wanted—hydrating, relaxing and the massage was perfect. I would highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this sauna and wellness center enough! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a calm, clean, and rejuvenating atmosphere. They offer so much more than just a sauna — their services truly cater to full-body wellness. The infrared sauna sessions are amazing and leave you feeling completely refreshed, but what really sets them apart is the wide range of offerings. I’ve personally tried the facials, which are incredibly relaxing and leave your skin glowing. Their cold plunge is invigorating and perfect for recovery, while the red light therapy and salt therapy are great additions to any wellness routine. They also offer high-quality supplements at discounted prices, which is such a thoughtful bonus. It’s clear they’re dedicated to helping you feel your best from the inside out. Whether you’re looking to detox, de-stress, or just treat yourself, this is the place to go. I always leave feeling recharged and grateful to have found such a comprehensive wellness hub!

I am really enjoying my membership to Well House. I’m only utilizing the saunas at the moment but plan on branching out. The staff are super nice, the check in process is simple and the facility is super clean.

If you are considering trying Well House just do it. The value for the unlimited sauna pack is unreal. It is clean. The girls are professional and friendly. Highly highly recommend

Well House is such a stunning and perfect space for private infrared sauna rooms, facials, contrast therapy and more! I had an amazing custom facial with all clean and organic products. You can tell how much thought and care has gone into Well House. The private sauna sessions are the best part of my day. Highly highly recommend Well House to anyone looking to up their wellness and self care game!

Just what I didn’t know I needed. Individual sauna rooms, clean and quiet. The view from the contrast room is just so Northern Nevada special. The cold plunge tub is "just like jumping in Lake Tahoe" she said. Maybe now I’ll be able to do a lake plunge!!!
