Steve's Bathhouse

I had a great experience! Lady at the front desk with blue hair was super nice. The amenities were very clean and the room was clean. There are smoking rooms but I don’t think the smoke smell was unbearable (maybe there weren’t many people smoking idk). Very affordable, and the clientele were all very friendly, too. Was definitely an older crowd around 4:30, but around 7 a good mix of people came. The price in itself is worth checking it out!

I don’t recommend this location. Front desk girl is crazy rude. I understand that we oversleep but the way she treated us was not acceptable. Other workers wore great and friendly. But location got one star because of the rude attitude front desk lady treated us.

Customer service here is poor, I got double charged for 12 hours, and I was told I could leave and come back. So I checked out and left to give a friend a ride and was told when I came back after 7 hours that I had to pay again because I checked out! I wasn’t told not to check out, no communication at all, so I feel double ripped off and will not be returning. What a joke

Been a customer here for 30+ years, but never again! The old guy with the long beard at the front was aggressive, disrespectful,and vile. Literally screaming at patrons to get out way before closing time, and then mocking you as you check out. It felt like a hate crime. If his job or gay men disgust him to that extent, then do the world a favor and remove yourself. What a detriment to running a successful business. Pathetic and depressing.

What the angry people at the front? The word that sums it up, RUDE. Really trying to understand their business model where they talk so disrespectfully to the paying members.

2 and a half stars. The place has good showers a dry and wet steam and suana and a video room. The second floor is private rooms the size of a closet at best. Dark spookyish glory holes and a smokey smell in the halls. I cannot believe smoking is even an option. I heard since the original owner turned the place over to a family member, they let homeless in and don't keep things as tidy. When I mentioned the lack of a hot tub the woman at the desk replied "yeah but then we would have to clean up after you guys." Seriously!!!? Um isn't that your job?! Talk about poor customer service. Also, why co-ed Sundays? It's a gay bath house. I am from Oregon and this is NO Steam Portland trust me. Needs major updates and smoking should only be allowed outside on the patio. Nice guys and some variety but overall not that impressive

Steve's bathhouse is clean and has bathrooms and showers. And the staff is friendly. And the people that go there are respectful.
