The Spa at Silver Legacy

Updating my review from 3 to 5 stars. Within a week of posting this, they contacted me and apologized for not getting the facial portion. They offered a free service to make up for the error. Unfortunately, I live across the country. But my grandma who is a local Reno resident can use the service under my name! Received a great 80min prenatal massage from Carissa. I was happy to see they had a pillow for my 6month belly, so I could lay on my stomach! Unfortunately, they did not provide me with any facial - as listed in their 'prenatal massage' description!! Which would've been lovely. I couldn't remember if it was included until after I left and reviewed their offerings. Big bummer for $240 out the door.

My husband and I both went to the Spa today at Silver Legacy. My husband had Nick and I had Brad for a masseuse. They both did a fantastic job with giving a massage. I've had massages at many other places before and Brad was the best I've had. He worked out the knots and issues I was having with specifically my shoulder and other areas. My husband was also pleased with Nick. Thank you both! - Janette and Kevin

This is not about the spa, per se, but rather the poolside cabanas, which are rented through and under the jurisdiction of the spa. 1. No one EVER answers the phone. We tried 2-3 times per day the week preceding our trip in an attempt to reserve a cabana. 2. We finally tried the hotel directly. The directed us to the website that also instructs the customer to call the spa. 3. There actually is a way to sort of keep clicking, sign up for an account and put a cabana in your cart…except that function doesn’t work. Back to calling the hotel directly and staying on hold while they try to help.. In retrospect, the universe was likely attempting to save me from colossal disappointment. I should have listened. We did finally get our cabana. It’ll run ya $350 for the day. They are sparse, dirty, unkempt. There is no poolside or cabana service. There is a little snack shack near the pool. The menu on the wall is out of date. I attempted to order a plastic cup of wine, but the poor soul at the snack shack didn’t have a "cork remover." You can order poolside service through "Caesar Eats" but there is a $10 delivery fee for each delivery. Ordering periodically through out the course of the day could easily set you back $50+. In all, this is the worst cabana experience I have ever had. Save your money and just stay at a nicer hotel.

My experience was terrific at this spa. I received a clarifying facial from Ashley during a hormonal breakout. I felt relaxed and my breakout healed quickly. It is now one week later and my skin looks and feels healthy and clear. If I lived in Reno area, I would return to try their other facials! The spa is available to customers all day. The facility was clean and comfortable. There is a salt room in the co-ed area and steam/sauna in the locker rooms.

I had the pleasure of having Skyler as my masseuse, and she was incredible—attentive, skilled, and ensured every moment of my massage was soothing and rejuvenating. I left feeling completely refreshed and tension-free! Beyond the massage, the spa offers an array of amazing amenities that make the experience unforgettable. The access to both dry and wet saunas was perfect for unwinding, and the salt room felt like a serene escape. One of my favorite spots was the silent room with its cozy birdcage swings—it was so peaceful, I could’ve stayed there all day. The private jacuzzi was another highlight, offering a luxurious soak in total privacy. Everything about The Spa at Silver Legacy was designed for ultimate relaxation, and the staff made sure every detail was perfect. Whether you’re looking for a massage, a day of pampering, or just some quiet time, this spa is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back!

The spa itself was a great experience. But my 5 stars is directly for my masseuse Julia. The detox treatment was awesome and felt great! But was even better is that SHE was amazing and we talked the whole time! I have never told a stranger deep details about my life but I felt so comfortable and relaxed with her! Definitely made my 21st bday trip even better!
