I just had the most amazing massage I’ve had in years. Mel is truly in tune with the body in a way that feels almost intuitive. She’s a real healer, worth every single penny. If you’re thinking about booking, do it — your body will thank you.

Today was my appointment for my massage a facial that was a Christmas present. I originally chose this spa because of the aesthetic and reviews after Google searching for a spa offering massages and facials. I've been to casino spas but was wanting something more personalized. I started with my massage with Mel. It was so relaxing and tranquil. She focused on the areas I said I experienced the most pain and tension without causing additional discomfort. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience and left feeling so refreshed. Following I had my facial with Esmeralda. She was friendly and personable. The atmosphere was also very calming and during the dermaplane portion she wasn't too rough and I could tell she made sure to get every part of my face. My face looks so much brighter and feels so smooth. Overall it was the best experience I've had at a spa. I'd highly recommend not only SoulSpa but both ladies to anyone looking for a massage or facial. The place is also very cute inside and out. Definitely 10 out of 10 in every aspect.

Had a wonderful experience at SoulSpa. My massage therapist Allison was amazing. She intuitively knew where all my aches and pains were and adjusted her pressure perfectly for the sensitive spots and for the spots that needed a little extra pressure. The space was gorgeous and very relaxing. Will definitely be returning in the future!

If you’re looking for a top tier luxury spa experience away from the casinos look no further. Local owner, cares about the clientele, staff, and community. Great peoples, great place. 7/5 stars. Mellisa was my therapist, she’s daaaaa 💣.

Had an amazing massage with Gabby! She was wonderful and made me feel right at home. 💆‍♀️ Her technique is incredible—she released all my pressure points without being too hard, striking the perfect balance between relaxation and effectiveness. I have been here twice for a massage and had no issues but this last time they cancelled on me twice in a row for a facial/arm massage due to tech illness. Since I had never been to this tech, I really didn’t know any difference and the scheduler should have been proactive and rescheduled me with another technician on the same day. It is not the person most are concerned about but the treatment itself. Unfortunately I am moving on as this has been pretty frustrating. I suggest better training of the booking team.
