An absolute gem in Reno. From the moment we walked in, the owner made us feel completely welcome and gave us a full tour so we knew exactly what to expect. The sauna is stunning, truly state-of-the-art, very spacious and the two cold plunge options are perfect for contrast therapy depending on what you need. The whole space feels calming, clean, and inviting. I left feeling genuinely rejuvenated, with less stress and noticeably less inflammation. It’s also very reasonably priced for the quality of the experience. If you’re looking for a homeopathic approach to easing muscle soreness, stress, or inflammation, this is the place. I can’t wait to go back and recommend it to anyone considering trying sauna and cold plunge therapy. Five stars all around!

The sauna was amazing properly hot 190 degrees. It had dual heaters dual plunge cold plunges with water filtered in the shower. I’m a avid sauna enthusiast and would highly recommend this place.

I heard of Rejuuv-n after a Yelp elite event. I enjoyed it so much that I got a membership for $50 a month which included 2 sessions per month and the option to bring 1 guest with you one of the two sessions. There is plenty of parking, and they text you the door code in case it is locked. It is very easy to book a session on the app. However, there is no option to add the guest without them paying. Pahco was very quick and responsive to my email regarding this situation. He stated we can just text or email them when we bring a guest until they switch over to the new app. The first time I came in, it was confusing where to find their place, but Jessica was kind enough to show us. Once inside, Jessica/Pahco greets you and made me feel very welcomed. There are lockers, two changing areas, and two showers available. They have small towels to sit on when in the sauna and slippers. I wish they have towels in the future because I would like the option of not bringing so much stuff with me. There is an open shower for quick rinses before you get into the sauna and cold plunges. There are timers in the sauna and in the cold plunge areas so you know how long you are there for. I like how hot the sauna gets which is more than other places in town. The cold plunge has two options of 40 or 52 degrees Fahrenheit. I have been able to slowly work my way up to 3 minutes in the cold plunge and it feels very nice after the sauna. While resting in the lounge area, there are motivation books to read and water/tea. They also recommend bringing your own water. It would be nice if they had available light snacks like trail mix or flavored water like other spa/saunas in town. When you are finished with your 2-hour session, it is nice to shower, but only one of the two private showers have towels. There is only one toilet. Overall, I am glad I got to experience the contrast therapy because it has helped a lot with my back and nerve pain after 3 sessions. I look forward to seeing their business grow so more people get to have this experience and see the benefits. It is good place to relax after a work week.

Our weekly go-to spot for recovery and relaxation—highly recommend! My partner and I are very active people and often seek out contrast therapy to help with aches and pains, but we sometimes struggle to find facilities that are this intentional. From the moment you walk into REJUUV-N, you can feel how much the owner cares about your experience. They are incredibly kind and clearly passionate about the science and benefits of wellness; it makes such a difference when a business is run with that level of heart. The attention to detail here is unmatched. Everything is immaculately clean and thoughtfully laid out. We especially love the atmosphere—soaking in the stunning views while recovering makes the session feel like a true escape. It’s also been a surprisingly great place for social wellness; interacting with other like-minded patrons adds a community feel that you just don’t get at a standard gym or spa. If you’re looking to reset your body and mind in Reno, this is the place to be!

Absolutely the space that Reno needed. There isn’t a cleaner or nicer sauna in town. There was an incredible amount of thought put into every detail and it’s noticeable. The owner is amazing too. He walks you through the space, explaining the details of the experience, and you can feel his passion behind it. Definitely a must!

This is Reno’s Premier Contrast Therapy Retreat for Social Wellness…better served with friends & family. Enjoy a 2 hour session with a 190 sauna and a 50 degree cold plunge, a warm shower and then a relax with friends and a cup of green tea…then do it again. You will feel incredible, invigorated, electric and then relaxed. This was my first experience and I see why they offer memberships. Pricing is great and the experience is incredible. The western red cedar sauna is large and beautifully built. The 2 cold plunge tubs are 45 degrees and 50 degrees. The resort style relation room is inviting and beautiful and you just want to stay forever. I think REJUUV-N is a big win here in Reno. This is THE spot in Reno for contrast therapy! As someone who does cold plunges and sauna sessions regularly, I'm quite picky about the places I go to. Rejuuv-n is clean and offers an extremely relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unplugging and enjoying the present moment. The owners are so friendly and helpful, and are there to ensure you get the best experience, offering helpful advice on the routine and breathwork. The cold plunge tubs are top of the line, and the perfect temperature. I like it cold! The sauna is HOT! Which feels great after a cold plunge. Perfect for detoxifying and de-stressing! Also great for a rest day from training. Highly recommend, and I will be back!
