The team here is great. I visited for laser hair removal and was so impressed with how friendly and informative they were. They answered all of my questions and helped me tailor my treatment plan for what I needed. I am so excited to go back and to keep working with them. I highly recommend Spade! They also offer more than just laser hair removal, so it would be a good place to go for multiple different needs. Also, the building has free underground parking which I never knew! Makes it much easier to visit given parking in the area is mainly paid street parking or the large parking lot that’s a short-ish walk away.

I recently visited Spade and Skin Care for Core Intima, laser hair removal, and laser with Intima peeling, and I’m very satisfied with the entire experience. The nurses were amazing—professional, gentle, and very knowledgeable. Their communication was excellent as well; they always made sure I understood each step and felt comfortable throughout the process. I live in San Diego, so the 2-hour drive isn’t exactly ideal, but their quality of service makes it absolutely worth it. I’ve already noticed a lot of positive changes, and I’m excited to see the final results. I highly recommend Spade and Skin Care to anyone considering these treatments!

I had an IPL treatment here and had a wonderful experience. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and they explained everything clearly before starting the treatment. I’m already seeing improvement and am very happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Making an appointment was very easy, I sent an email and they confirmed via text. I called to get more details and spoke to Medi, the owner, and he walked me through everything, from the parking to the laser process. He was very comforting with a soothing voice and calm. Once I arrived, I noticed the clear blue ocean right across the street. What a beautiful location this MedSpa is at! You do have to walk down some stairs and upon entering the building, it feels like an office. But once you enter the MedSpa, you are transported to a beautiful living room with all pretty things like a white fairy tale mirror, bird cage, whimsical vines and warm lighting. I was presented with an iPad to fill out my new patient paperwork. I love that they are eco-friendly and use digital forms (although it didn’t want to work for me, so I did have to use paper forms). I was offered water while I waited by Irma, who was so sweet and has an wonderfully kind demeanor. I was told that a medical team would review my forms to ensure everything would be safe for me, which felt comforting. Then I was called in for my skin consultation with Irma, who is amazing!! She is super genuine and knowledgeable about skin and skincare. They took pictures of my skin (under the surface) and wow was I shocked. Irma recommended a few treatments that would help as well as lifestyle considerations to change or be aware of. Then I was taken to get laser hair removal by Dijana, who explained every step of the process with a kind smile. I was pleasantly surprised to see that even the treatment rooms maintained the same "Glam" feel as the rest of the clinic, with a glitzy chandelier and nice decor. Sometimes MedSpas forget about the treatment rooms and they can feel quite "clinical", but not here! The treatment was quick, easy, and painless since they use that numbing spray alongside the laser at the same time. I was in and out quite easily, and just in time to catch a few more sunny views of the beach. Thank you to the Spade team, I can’t wait to go back!

Susan is great. She does a great job with my lash perm and tint. She is also very good with eyebrow tinting.

I’m extremely disappointed. I have waited a few months to book here because I am recovering from a procedure. I had called about two months ago and spoke to a very nice girl about pricing for laser lightening. She explained to me the price of the laser lightening ranges around $350 per session and that she’d be more than happy to put me on the schedule. I told her I won’t be ready for another two months but I’m very excited to book with them as what seems like a reputable med spa. I called back to finally book my sessions, and the lady on the phone told me I’d have to book a consultation first. I explained to her how I live an hour away so I’d rather just book the laser as I have already tried professional creams and bleaches, I didn’t love the results and I just wanted to do the laser. She then told me I’d have to pay $500 today just to book because I’m "taking an hour of the nurses time" but that that’s not the full price for the treatment, it just goes towards the final price. I’m not really sure who I spoke to that quoted me first, and told me how simple the procedure was and gave me a great price but I’m severely disappointed in being asked to pay $500 + for a bleaching treatment and them not being accommodating at all. Who knows what the final price would even be once I drive an hour to get there. It seemed like a great place so I’m really just overall saddened that I was not able to book. My number was in there system so they should have saved my original quote so that the entire staff was on the same page.

Took my wife here for lip fillers. Amazing service, the staff were very friendly and caring. Would come back.
