Beware of this place!! I went in for a facial at a discounted price of $69.00 and walked out with a package costing $3000.00. I am most angry at myself because I am very business savvy, but I was under the influence of having a great facial and the manager Abby is very good at her job which is conning people into buying these packages. She has a face that any women would want and for that short time she is talking to you she goes on and on how you can achieve the perfect skin. I didn’t have my glasses so she grabbed my phone and began applying for loans to cover the cost of the package! She first told me it would be $105.00 a month and I told her I didn’t want to get in debt, but she submitted it anyways with her quick fingers on my cell phone. At the end she told me I was going to look fabulous and when I saw the monthly cost it was $275.00 a month! I felt nauseous and told her no way can I afford this and she told me to take it and just try it! I thought or should have confirmed there was a return policy which doesn’t exist at the spa! My fiancé was very upset with me so the next day I called Abby the manager to return the package and that was the beginning of calling everyday and being told she was either with clients or not in the office. I finally walked in on a Sunday with my fiancé and she was at the front desk and my fiancé told her she tricked me into this package and he read all the reviews and this has happened to other people! In hindsight I should have read the reviews but I didn’t. Abby the manager said there was no return policy, but I told her you grabbed my phone and applied for a loan without my consent and you gave me a lower monthly payment knowing it was double that amount. Abby said she would talk to the owner and see if he would let me return the package, but she had this smirk on her face and I knew she was lying which she is very good at! I left with my fiancé and the package and opened a dispute with Affirm which approved the loan and I was asked by Affirm for proof that I tried to return the merchandise but I told them I don’t have proof and that the manager Abby would not let me return the package! After a few weeks Affirm determined I was responsible for the loan so I had to remove my payment information and called to explain what ME Beauty tricked me and they didn’t listen! So now my credit is going to take a hit because I refuse to pay this loan! I am going to look into getting legal advice to go after this place and shut them down! I also opened up a dispute with the Better Business Bureau. The facial was great, but when they tell you to wait in the next room for the manager, pay for the facial and get the heck out of there! I know there are some customers who have the money and can afford these packages, but for others like myself we save up money to treat ourselves and get pampered once in a while and then have to deal with this nightmare. I am not giving up until I can get this place to be accountable for tricking people into buying these packages knowing they are over priced and a hardship for some of us! This place id operating as a Spa but they are also running a SCAM selling these bogus products!

I don’t even know what to say. I showed up for a facial which was a little hard to book as the person on the phone spoke very broken English. I was under the impression that we agreed on a custom facial depending on my skins needs. When I show up they tell me something about an LED light facial that I booked through a promotion. I was like ok, sure. Facial was fine. Then after the facial she brings in her Manager that gives me a super aggressive sales pitch about buying a light wand that usually costs $6K/$7K but she would offer it to me at $2K today. When I said I didn’t feel comfortable spending that kind of money without any research she made me watch a video about the wand. I continued to insist that I wouldn’t be purchasing anything today. She then said if I buy 3 more facials today I could lock in the cost of the wand if I should decide to buy it within 30 days or something. I mean what……

I truly needed a facial since the girl I’m use to going with is a bit far. I regret not doing the drive and instead I saw this Ad on tiktok and fell for it! The front desk has absolutely no people skills!!! At first she’s comes off as nice. Pshhh yeah right!!! My esthetician was nice. Very sweet! We chatted for a bit. The facial just felt like she added cleanser after cleanser and face creams. She used this light. There’s was no extractions no skin examination. She did mention the light a few times. I have a light at home and I had already read some of the reviews on here. I was done and it was time to pay. The lady at the front thought she could get me to pay over $2200 She brings me to a little room. Her face was full of acne but she said this light made her face better. Lol 😂 I said no. I would only pay for what was done. She’s being very pushy. And she’s then starts saying how in the future the price will be much more etc!! Etc!! I’m like okay, I refused saying I didn’t have the money. She then tries to sell me some face serums.again I refused saying I only had $100 She then looks at me from head to with an attitude. Walks me to the front charges me. I get my money back and tip the esthetician. Lol moral of the story, stay away from this place. They’re just trying to take your money.

I hesitated writing this because the girls were so nice. And this is in no way a reflection of them but more so the weird business they are running. I initially made an appointment because of an Instagram ad offering an $85 hydrafacial. It seemed like a steal as those are usually $250+. I booked right away for the next day as I’ve been needing a facial. Between the time I booked and the time I arrived I received 6-8 calls/texts in less than 12 hours from them double/triple confirming I was coming. They were even calling to check that I arrived while I was in the lounge area. The lady that did my facial was super sweet but I don’t feel like she was an actual esthetician (hate to say it!). I mean at one point she recommended that I use olive oil to treat my dry skin. Secondly, I’ve gotten plenty of facials and hydrafacials (usually at plastic surgeon offices/medspas) I’ve never scabbed over from the machine but I did this time. Like literal scabs from the microdermabrasion. At the end of the facial she used this light it seemed like such a cool little gadget and I made the mistake of saying "that’s a cool tool". She mentioned I could buy it and I said "oh cool thank you!" As I was walking out the person who did my facial was telling the girl at the front desk that "I was interested in the light" and sure enough I ended up in the little room. Where I was sold a $8000 light for $2000. It was so uncomfortable. Exact same thing that happened to the others in the reviews. It’s such a weird and unfortunate experience. I would be super careful going here and falling for their promotions. I would hate for someone else to deal with the discomfort BUT also have a bad facial that could hurt their skin.

Wonderful experience. Abigail provided me with a sample of a body butter that is amazing. My skin feels so soft. I also love the vitamin C serum for my face. I use the products twice a day and i used the facial device everynight. I am already looking younger.
