Customer Reviews
Spa Riviera has a rating of 4.8 out of 5 based on over 40 reviews on Google
I’ve been a client of Tony’s for over 13 years, and his monthly microdermabrasion facials have completely transformed my skin. He’s helped me through acne and anti-aging concerns, and the results are undeniable; my skin stays clear, supple, and glowing. Makeup applies beautifully, products absorb deeper, and whenever I miss a session, I notice the difference right away. Truly the best investment I’ve made for my skin.
The best spa treatment I've had, ever! I've been to Glen Ivy, Burke Williams, and a long list of others but my experience at this location with Tony was by far the best! He's so knowledgeable, personable yet professional; he is accurate in every detail to help you achieve the best results! I was gifted a microdermabrasion deal from my family for Mother's Day. I left the office glowing! Excellent experience and so excited to return for my second session. Do not hesitate to book here, you will NOT be disappointed!!
I initially found this spa through a Groupon and had a fantastic first experience. The beautiful dark-haired woman who helped me—apologies, I didn’t catch her name—was warm, professional, and made me feel so welcome. From what I gathered, the spa is run by a small team, including a father-daughter duo. I was so impressed that I purchased two additional packages on a special offer she extended to me after my service. I used one to treat my mother, who then gifted another to her close friend for a birthday. Both of them were seen by Tony and came back absolutely raving about him. Based on their glowing reviews, I was excited to return and booked my next service with Tony. Unfortunately, my experience took a very unsettling turn. What started as a normal facial soon veered into something that felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional. The appointment, which was supposed to be a 60-minute facial, stretched over 90 minutes and gradually turned into more of a full body massage—focused on areas that felt entirely out of scope and context. At one point, after my final mask, Tony suggested I roll over so he could "get the rest" of my back. I hesitated, but agreed. He then asked me to remove my smock and proceeded to massage my backside and legs in a manner that felt invasive. What made it worse were the inappropriate comments he made during the process, including things like "Oh yeah, that’s it," "I could do this all day," and "Let’s rock that back and forth." His tone, his moaning, and his behavior left me deeply uncomfortable. At one moment, I even sensed he was partially on the table. I was stunned, unsure how to react in the moment. I laughed nervously, trying to normalize what felt surreal, and told myself I would end it immediately if things escalated. In hindsight, I regret not speaking up more forcefully in the moment. I left in shock, tipped out of habit, and when he asked if I wanted to rebook, I declined. He then handed me a card and pointed out his personal cell number. I’m still processing what happened. It was creepy, confusing, and deeply inappropriate. I’m sharing this because I believe women deserve to feel safe and respected in wellness spaces. My intention is not to shame, but to create awareness—so others can make informed choices and speak up if something feels wrong.
Had a facial and let them know I have dry skin and at times have rosacea breakouts. They treated me with special consideration that my skin is super sensitive. I left feeling like a new man! I felt youthful and moisturized. The products they used helped so much and didn’t leave my skin irritated. I was even able to purchase some face wash and moisturizer specifically suited for me. Every wash feels great now! Thank you. Definitely recommend if you plan on treating yourself.
Nicole is absolutely magical!! I had a facial with her and she explained everything she was doing and what she was using. She also told me what skin type I have and how I should alter my skincare routine accordingly!! Highly recommend checking this place out.
Nicole is my sugar goddess! I love her to the ends of the universe! Her service is always amazing, the results, the level of comfort even down to the temperature of the room. She's the bestest.
