I recently visited Be Spa and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from the owner, Mike. His passion for his business was evident, and he was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the various treatments and experiences that the spa had to offer. The spa itself was immaculate, and everything was kept to the highest standard of cleanliness and professionalism. Mike took the time to explain everything in detail, including my contrast, cold plunge, and infrared sauna experience. He was incredibly helpful in guiding me on focusing on the intent of my experience, which helped me to fully immerse myself in the treatments. Overall, I would highly recommend Be Spa to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Mike's passion for his business is evident in every detail of the spa, and his helpfulness and guidance made my visit all the more enjoyable. I will definitely be back!

Truly an amazing place. I was looking for a spa to start regular cold plunge, infrared spa, and contrast therapy in the South Bay. After a few weeks of researching all the local Spa's, I landed at Be. From the moment I walked in I knew I had made a great decision. The team at Be is warm and welcoming, the Spa is immaculately clean and relaxing, and my sessions have been nothing short of incredible. I ended up getting a membership at Be and now spend 2-3 days a week there. Be is truly a gem and has made such a positive impact on me and my wellness journey. Many thanks to Mike and the team at BE!

I was so excited to try float therapy for the first time however the salt water in the pod was way too cold, I was having goosebumps and shaving, after trying 3 times and trying to use the talk/speaker machine to reach the front receptionist, it didn’t work. I had to dress and walk out to ask if this is normal and she said all their water is set to body temperature and there’s really nothing she can do since the water takes a long time to heat and she can try to turn the heater on but it didn’t help either so I showered and left. Another thing I wish they had something to help is when you get up, the saltwater will get into your eyes and cause lots of irritation. I really appreciated the owner calling and following up on my experience to make it better for customers.

I really love this place but it permanently closed with no notice to the customers no warning... was able to refund my package. To this day they have never emailed with an explanation of what happened very sad as I had a really good experience here. What an amazing place. Had my first float experience after referring many clients to Be Spa. This is the first time in years I have been completely pain-free, even though it was only for the duration of the float. The float was amazing. The cleanliness of the facility exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to them expanding their hours to include being open on Sunday and hopefully expanding their evening hours. I hope they open another location at some point. Love the fact they're not trying to push oxygen treatments and IV Therapies. The pods are very large and even though I tend to be a bit claustrophobic I had no issues when floating. Can't wait to go back as well as recommend this to my clients with chronic pain.

We love Be Spa. We've been going there now for 5 months and never had any problems. Mike is amazing, he's extremely knowledgeable and can break down all health benefits to a T in case you were wondering. Super chill dude! We do cryo and float. The dopest cryo machine I've seen yet, it's a whole champer for a full-body experience. They'll even play any song you want while you're in the chamber. A good rap song REALLY helps the last 30 seconds of cryo. The float tanks are legit, my 6'3 fiance had no problem fitting with plenty of space to float. You get your own room with a shower and a pod. You also have the ability to adjust the lighting and music while inside the pods. It also runs a self-cleaning program right after you get out. The facility is always clean and tidy. They even offer you clothes in case you need them for the chamber. It's the little things (: this place is A+ when it comes to customer service. Really cute place with great energy as soon as you walk in! I would 1000% recommend. Tips! - Cryo: I'd recommend bringing a sports bra and gym shorts. Socks, gloves, earmuffs, and slippers are supplied. - Leave all jewelry at home as you will need to take it off to enter the machines. - First-time doing cryo? play a favorite song to help the time go by - Float: you will need to take a shower before and after your float. Shampoo and conditioner are supplied.

The Bespa facility is clean and tranquil, and the owner is friendly. They offer a variety of wellness services, and I've been coming here since 2019. A review on contrast therapy [this is the closest location for me, that offers this service]: I tried contrast therapy today, extreme heat [145F]and cold plunge [45 F]. TLDR: Try it! It's tough at the beginning but after a few minutes it gets manageable. $100 for 60 minutes. I saw this all over tiktok, so I decided to give it a try. I wanted to see what it felt like to do a cold plunge and see if the effects were real (mental clarity, after burn, etc). I booked my contrast therapy at bespa in Redonodo beach, and arrived 15 minutes early. They have a 30 min option or a 60 min option and the price difference was only $25 so I figure why not try the longer session? Anyway, you have to shower when get in the room, and the protocol is 1 - 3 minutes cold plunge, 7-9 minutes infrared, then repeat. The room is quite large, I'd say 200sqft. You take a quick shower, and I opt'ed for the infrared sauna first. I sat there in 135F heat for 9 minutes, and headed over to the cold plunge. Samantha said I should set an intention before I drop in the water, and my intention was to try to go for 1 minute. LOL, and to try to be present (I'm reading the Power of Now by Eckart Tolle) I dropped in the water, they recommend up to your neck. I immediately felt sharp pain in my knees, and in my lower left stomach area. It's far worse then jumping in a swimming pool and you start to seize up and contract all your muscles and feel like you're going to have a seizure. After a minute, I jumped out, frozen and went to the IR. My head was tingling, and I felt a little dizzy. My skin felt extremely cold. After about 5 minutes, the 145F heat warmed me back up and I was nearly ready to go again. The tingling in my head started to go away and I could feel my body again. After repeating this a few times, it go easier and easier. Although I theorize that I heated up the water with my body temp and that's why? After the 3rd time, I didn't feel tingling in my head any longer, and was able to drop straight into the plunge without problem. My knees no longer hurt, but my feet were freezing. Anyway, I was able to get up to 5 minutes in the plunge a few times, and ended on the IR so that I wouldn't feel like a human popsicle at the end. Afterwards, my stats to see if anything happened, so my stress level have jumped up all day since the plunge, by about 20 points, whatever that means, I'm normally around 43. My resting heart rate also jumped up by 13 bpm to 73 bpm. But the one thing that surprised me the most is that my HRV hit 73, which I never have during waking time of the day. HRV is the beat to beat measurement, which also indicates how stressed you are, and higher is better (less stressed). My ketones around this time of day is around .3 with my current diet, and that is unchanged. I'll likely try it another 2-3x to see what happens. Let me know if you want to see stats and let me know if you try it! #coldplunge #infraredsauna #ketones #HRV

Such a magical, healing, and comforting experience for someone going through a spiritual journey. I loved trying Be Spa's float therapy! I also can't wait to try the other services they offer. Mike was very informative and made me feel at ease for my first float experience. Be Spa is incredibly clean and calming as well. I can't wait for my next appt! Highly recommend!
