Fyre Sauna

Amazing! I booked a private one hour session for nine. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and were given instructions on the two saunas and different cold plunges. They provided clean towels, there is a nice changing area and heated bathroom. It was also beautiful there! Lovely. Invigorating. Highly recommend.

What a fun and chilling/healthy experience. I went with 2 girlfriend's and truly enjoyed this. It was my 2nd polar plunge and a very cool time. The sauna's were fabulous, clean, smelled awesome and hot, hot, hot. I worked myself up to 2.5 minutes in the cold water. Grey the host, welcomed us and informed us of where to start and what to do. He gave us a lot of knowledge about the sauna's and plunging. The price is just right. A must. Go, you will love it. It was pretty cool to talk to others who had memberships, showing how much they appreciate this place. The outdoor shower is cold! Don't forget to breath! Lots of seating and changing area's. Bathroom is cozy but perfect. The only change I'd recommend, signage. It's really bad and you can easily pass it. It's on a busy street and should have a larger sign. Also, once you get to the entrance, the sign is on the ground and should be hung up. Otherwise, you go straight to the neighbor's house.

An awesome escape! The sauna was super clean, hot, and relaxing. The cold plunge options are perfect. Going back and forth between the two left me feeling refreshed and energized. The whole place has a really calm vibe, in a forested setting and you can tell they take great care of it. Staff was friendly and helpful, and everything felt very welcoming. Definitely one of the best sauna/cold plunge experiences I’ve had and I will be back.

We loved Frye Sauna! From the online booking to our experience onsite—everything was easy and wonderful. Mia gave us a very clear overview when we got there and answered all of our questions. The facilities were wonderful and clean—we loved the different cold plunge options. And the surrounding landscape was lovely. Looking forward to our next visit.

Such a magical experience. The service was friendly , the staff were more than ready to answer questions. Very clean in a beautiful serene setting. Perfect for enjoying with with friends or for an inward meditative experience. I ended up going three times in a row

This place was so amazing!!!! It was clean, easy parking, and the staff were so friendly. There's an array of different temperature for the plunge pools and they provide towels to sit on while in the sauna. There's changing rooms, bathroom, and a drink station while you get ready. They have a great variety of lounge chairs to enjoy the view / relax before and after your sessions, taking in the beautiful scenery of the trees. Can't wait to be back for more sessions!

The closest thing I've experienced to a real Finnish sauna in North America, except it's over 3x the price of every sauna Finland. But I'll definitely return. Pools are actually cold 5-10°C and sauna is nice and hot! Got it to rise 90-100°C. But I will say... I would prefer not wearing synthetic plastic material (swimsuits) in such hot conditions; No swimwear is much cleaner and healthier, but I'll just need to build my own sauna someday.
