I had such a wonderful experience here! I started with the infrared sauna and followed with the compression therapy. The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable Julia especially left a lasting impression. I’m so glad I decided to give this place a try. It’s also very affordable, and I’ll definitely be coming back. I’m even considering signing up for a membership to save even more money!

Best place for "me" time! I’ve recently started getting hydrafacials with Savannah and I can tell a huge difference in the texture and tone of my skin. Ive always been a fan of red light therapy and their compression core services and the IV and IM services always leave me feeling much better - and a little healthier!

10 out of 10. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone greeted me and was pleasant. I had the cryotherapy chamber. My first session was for 2:30 minutes. The whole body experience was directed about a staff member. I was instructed to cover all needed areas, I got to select my favorite music, given instructions to how to complete the task. When I went in, I was 85 degrees. When I got out of the chamber, I was 53 degrees. They offer so many services and packages.

Super awesome experience everybody was right on time and I basically tried everything there. Loved it. Everyone was very friendly.

So this place is an hidden gem, to where I think that I hit the jackpot. The staff is super friendly and the Cryo is my main go to. Being in the Military is taxing on the body. After a Cryo session, I’m ready to go back in. At the end of the day, restore really stands out from the rest.

I really appreciate their process for medical services. If it’s your first time getting an IV with them, you fill out some paperwork regarding past medical history and then do a quick telemed with a Nurse Practitioner. They review your history and help tailor your visit based on your needs. Once you are cleared, you’re good to go for 6 months! So if it’s your first time going, allow about 30 minutes for this process. It makes me feel a lot more comfortable knowing they take in to consideration my PMH. Their registered nurses are WONDERFUL!

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I always feel so much better after an IV and facial!
