Smilers Day Spa | Asian Massage

We had an appointment for couple’s massage at 7:00 PM, but when we arrived, the whole place looked shady. The sign was lit, but the inside was completely dark. We called, and they told us they were already full. These so-called "Chinese massage" places in RI are really disappointing. Skip this one and go elsewhere.

Called ahead , mad an appointment , drove all the way there and was told that I had to call ahead even though I did . The lady was extremely rude at the door as well as the receptionist that answered the phone . Will never use them

They act like they are giving massages for free. Their faces are always sullen and their interest in the customer is almost zero. If you are going to relax for a massage, this is definitely not the right place. I would never recommend you to go.

Terrible. Had a appointment for 2. We showed up but she cancelled it. No call or nothing

It is definitely a place you should not go, I took my cousin to relax, they made us both worse than firing us. It's a ruin. Do not go here, even by mistake. You will regret it.

I came with my friend to get a massage and the ladies never came out no matter how much I rang that doorbell. Maybe you just need to wait for fine service

Terrible experience at this location. girl named Kim served me and gave me the worst massage in history. But to top it stole $50 dollars from me. So be careful.
