This is the most thorough chiropractic experience I've ever had. My daughter and I both see Kyna. She takes her time to get to know you, your activities, and habits - and tailors every adjustment to exactly what you need. I've been receiving chiropractic care since I was a young child and she adjusts areas that I've never had adjusted before. If you are looking for a knowledgeable practitioner that takes her time - this is your girl!

The women at Natural Health Practices are phenomenal! From the receptionists to the providers, they are all excellent. The joy and peace in their office is palpable! The healing that goes on there is miraculous. I've gone to many practitioners over my life time and they are the best! I highly recommend these ladies and have referred many of my patients to see them.We are so blessed to have them in our area!

I had such a wonderful experience here! I came in dealing with tension headaches, and Dr. Lyndsey did an incredible job with acupuncture—she was professional, knowledgeable, and really made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I also had a massage and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. She took the time to focus on the areas where I was tense, and I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and with noticeably less headache pressure. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for real relief and excellent care.

Connie gives an amazing massage!! I would recommend her to anyone needing a deep pressure massage. I always leave feeling renewed, relaxed and refreshed. All of the staff at Natural Health Practices are friendly and welcoming. It’s a fantastic place - give them a try if you haven’t. You won’t be disappointed!

I have been absolutely thrilled with the care and services at Natural Health Practices. Dr Shelley Seidenberg has assembled an incredible team...i am super impressed with my 4 treatments with Dr Kyna Sanchez and the one treatment that i had with Dr Kelsey Pilati was equally excellent, yet uniquely different. Their focus on my mobility issues...particularly on my feet and hips...has been directly improving my strides and the way I climb steps. My mother commented on mother's day that she noticed how much better I am walking. HUGE improvement in a matter of weeks. The Facilities are first class, I take advantage of their Far Infrared Sauna package during each visit. THE DETOX Treatments remove a surprising amount of gunk! I'm also VERY pleased with the PEMF Treatments for circulation and reducing inflammation. I LOVE ❤️ the fact that I get all these services IN ONE PLACE! The nutrition counseling by Kim, the nutrition associate is also useful if you are on a weight loss journey. She will measure, coach, advise and even give daily suggestions helping with accountability AND ENCOURAGEMENT. LAST, but certainly not least, the staff is SUPER friendly AND really helpful as you work through your treatment plan. KENDALL and PEG have worked wonders fitting my treatment in around my busy work schedule... All in all, I have already recommended Natural Health Practices to two of my friends and business partners because of the successful results I have already experienced...and I recommend you give them a call too.
