Ocean Spa

This was not my first visit to the Ocean Spa but I must admit my last visit there was at least a year ago. A fabulous venue..it was always a special treat to indulge myself there. The staff friendly and welcoming for sure. My massage therapist was very good. But to my disappointment, the place was not clean and of need of a makeover. With the prices they charge the place should be spotless. Additionally, it doesn’t appear that they are investing much into updating the place. Unfortunately, Going to be looking for a new "special" venue.

Very, very weak massage, did nothing for me. From the moment I walked in, the young lady, who seemed to be the only one there, was absolutely lethargic. Perhaps she'd had a bad day, or week. Competely lackluster effort all the way around. Definitely not happy when I left. Hopefully they have other massage therapists there.

Massage was very light, refused go harder after asked even though I was getting a deep tissue massage. The masseuse left the room twice for 5 minutes( which counted towards my time) to answer the phone and then the door, then ended my 60 minute session 15 minutes early because someone else came in. Not her fault, but she only gave me $10 back even though I didn’t receive over 25% of my services. Go anywhere else but here.

I’ve been here multiple times and loved it, however, the experience I just had was NOT pleasant. The lady taking care of me was rude as hell! She tossed my card and receipt on the counter and charged me BEFORE my massage and demanded I give 20% tip again before I even received my massage. She was also not making my massage very relaxing and walked past me and hit my pony tail which resulted in yanking my hair and never apologized. I was so disappointed with my experience this time. I spent $113.00 for a massage and foot rub and was less than pleased! So disappointing after loving this place for years!! Will find somewhere else to go from now on!!

Such an amazing experience, not the fanciest of places but WORTH every penny. The energy was so calming and the space was clean, plus the massage was sooooo relaxing! I requested a deep tissue 60 min and it was the best! I fell asleep multiple times & my body feels like jello now! Book with them ASAP

Called today for an appointment as my usually place had some building issues and were not able to do services this weekend. They got me right in. Chose a package deal as seemed to be best deal. The massage was amazing. I swear every last tension and knot was removed from my neck and back. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. The prices are a little higher than im used too as I normally $45 for 60 minutes and $90 for 90 minutes. But it was different and I felt great afterwards. They used hot rocks and tools I've never had before. Felt professional.

Great place! We showed up 15 minutes late and felt really terrible and they still held the appointment and didnt cut our time short. The 2 people there were really nice too. They did a real good job and I came out feeling way better. We were so impressed we made another appointment on the way out.
