Luna massage spa

I was initially drawn in by the atmosphere, which was relaxing and well done. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of the experience. The massage itself was disorganized and lacked professionalism. There was no clear structure or cohesive technique, and it didn’t feel grounded in any specific massage style. The therapist repeatedly came in and out of the room, which completely disrupted the flow and made it impossible to relax. The pressure was also far too rough—more careless than therapeutic. Instead of a deliberate, attentive touch, the massage felt rushed and inconsistent. To make matters worse, the massage table was squeaking throughout the session and felt unstable, as if it might collapse at any moment, which added to the discomfort and anxiety. Bottom line: this was the worst massage experience of my life. The atmosphere alone is not enough to compensate for the lack of quality, safety, And knowledge.

I had a great massage the last time I came here. The masseuse was extremely attentive to my needs and helped me get my body back in working order. She was very patient with me and had me wanting to come back ever since. I don’t remember her name but she was an Asian woman. I would like to thank her.

I decided to visit this spa for the first time and called before going. I asked if they had availability for me to get a massage within the next 30 minutes, they tell me yes, I can come. I drive 20 minutes to their spa, and when I arrive they tell me they have no availability. Very confused. Tells me MAYBE in the next hour they will be available. SMH. Not a good first impression and what a waste of my time.

Love ❤️ this place! I've used other massage spas in the area over the years and the staff here is very attentive to sore muscles and pains that i didn't even have to identify this shows experience and knowledge. I feel rejuvenated when I leave. I will continue to comeback regularly.
