Eden Spa Massage & Facial in Pembroke Pines

I had my first-ever massage at Eden Spa and Massage in Pines, and it was an amazing experience. I was having a pretty bad day, and this truly turned it around. My masseuse, Lisa, was incredible—she was super kind and nice, understood my body right away, and focused on my back exactly where I needed it most. Even in just 30 minutes, she made my entire body feel deeply relaxed. I walked out feeling so much lighter and calmer. They even gave me a small gift since it was my first massage there, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend, especially if it’s your first massage!

I am first time guest, it was a beautiful experience. The spa is clean, smells good, the staff is kind and professional. The prices are also very good for the service received. I had a 60 minute body massage+30 minute foot massage with Wendy. She was great!! I left feeling light and relaxed with my body and mind. I never write reviews but have to share this, I will be back✨

Lengthy review ahead but it needed to be said. I'm always looking for a good masseuse who knows how to break up knots rather than just give a flowing stroke massage for relaxation. Jenny was just what the doctor ordered. She is my new torture queen. While she may look petite and have small hands her forearm and elbow were on a mission. I booked a 2 hour massage and had no expectations since this was my first Asian styled massage. A bit of a language barrier but it did not affect the experience or the understanding of what was needed. A 1 hour massage goes by so quickly and the areas that you want focused on don't get enough attention and that's usually my back, shoulder and arms. The first 15 minutes, Jenny did like a dry massage/stretch and I think through that she realized where most of my lactic buildup and congestion and stress were. I like the fact that the oil that she was using was not overly fragranced and it moved well along the body. She spent an hour alone on my back breaking up lots of congestion and you know she's breaking it up because it goes from big boulders to little pea size gravel to nothing. And when you get the little itchies you know it means proper circulation is back. Now I was taken by surprise when Jenny got on the table for extra leverage and body weight push into areas but it made a difference. Time to flip over for the next hour and when I look up I see two bars over me so I asked what it was and again with the language barrier she showed guestered to me to flip back on my stomach and she'd show me. Jenny proceeded to glide her feet on my back while she held onto the poles and put her body weight into those tough areas. I did this for my dad growing up but I was a kid but i's different experience having an adult do it in a targeted way. I was only able to withstand it for like maybe 2 minutes because you have to know how to breathe through it and it takes some management. But truth be told it was an interesting experience to feel all of the tension from the lower back move up with every carefully glided step towards my shoulders and then be pushed out. I would definitely try this again. The whole massage was amazing. I was greeted at checkout by a young man who provided me with a gift as a first-time customer of an amazing smelling candle and a bottle of water to flush out all of the toxins. Exceptional spa!! They actually know what they’re doing. Staff is trained. Had a wonderful massage & the facial was great too. She was concise in process and my skin left 10x better than when it came in. Highly recommend. Peaceful, attentive, skilled, reasonably priced. Plenty of parking. What else do you need?

My daughter gifted me with much needed body/foot massage; my granddaughter recommended this place and I enjoyed every moment of the relaxing massage. I’m 74 years old and asked her not to be hard and she fulfilled my request. I recommend this place to all. Place was very clean and music was very relaxing and staff was very nice.
